Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Paralia Koum Κapi

My boyfriend and I stayed at the property for 5 days and were very please with our stay. The apartment is on the first floor of a beautiful modern house. The apartment was very well equipped, there was nothing missing. Highlighted is the beautiful terrace with Jacuzzi. The location is great. It is about a 15-minute drive to the center of Chania. Several beaches are within walking distance. The house itself is quietly located. It offers a good starting point for exploring Crete. Katerina and her husband are great hosts. Upon arrival, a fresh Greek salad, oranges and wine awaited us. We got fresh vegetables from the garden a few days later. Katerina was always available and very friendly. We felt very comfortable. Overall we would recommend the accommodation! 5/5 stars!

We had the most amazing time staying here. Everything was exactly as pictured. The jacuzzi was an absolute must! The beach is about a four minute walk away with tons of restaurants. Communication with the host was super quick and helpful. We did have a car and finding parking was harder during peak beach time but always found something in walking distance. I highly recommend staying here, I would definitely stay again!

This home worked perfectly for my family of 11. Evi was very communicative and responsive, I very much appreciate her help. The home was well stocked and we appreciate the welcome gifts. The location is fantastic and very walkable to all of Chania. We had 3 family members that were 70+ that were able to get around easily. The neighborhood has some graffiti on the walls as you enter but there was never a time we felt unsafe. Everyone we encountered in Chania was wonderful. I would recommend this home to family and friends.

The apartment was great. Everything was clean and as described. Stelio was a great host and everything went smoothly. There are supermarkets, mini markets and a bus station in walking distance. All in all, Everything was prefect

Great place to stay near Chania, easy to get around and close to beaches. Apartment is comfortable and spacious with a lovely pool and relaxing outdoor area.

The Airbnb was perfect. Well-equipped, great location and yet quiet. The communication was very pleasant and friendly. We would always book Airbnb again. Thanks again for the great stay. :)

What a wonderful house! We were surprised to be so close to 2 lovely beaches, great hikes and a delicious restaurant. We’re a family with 3 young kids and they loved the swing, swinging bench, jacuzzi, space to play inside. Dimitris left a baby crib, high chair, and toddler potty for us which was super helpful. The best was Dimitris was very kind upon greeting us late at night when we arrived.

“Machil welcomed us with drinks and food, explained everything to us and told us a little about the special features of the place. From the start, he was very attentive and kind. It was amazing, there was everything we needed. There was even a cleaning lady every day and the welcome package was amazing. Would recommend to drive into the house first and only then go shopping because there was so much food already in the villa

We just returned from a lovely holiday in Crete -and I already miss getting out of bed, going out on the terrace with my morning coffee and saying good morning to the cute and curious cats - enjoy the tranquility and the view. We were so well received with a large fruit basket and such nice instructions about everything in the house. We can give our warmest recommendations for this house and may even return - beautiful area and possible to walk to Købmanden- just as Chania is easily reached by car.

Beautiful, spacious, clean, modern villa, with a friendly and responsive host

Our stay with Eleftheria and Michalis in Chania was nothing short of exceptional. The house is amazing—spacious, immaculate, and clearly designed with incredible care and attention to detail. The location is superb, and it’s easily one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The hosts went above and beyond—warm, welcoming, and always available. They helped us with everything from our early arrival to washing our car, making us feel completely at home. I truly hope to return one day with the rest of our family, and I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Crete without hesitation.

The villa was pretty extraordinary overall. We've stayed in villas on a number of Greek islands over the last 12 years and this was the best on most counts. The interior was comfortable and spacious, really light and airy. There were only two of us, but I doubt it would be crowded with 6. A huge amount of kitchen equipment (you name it, the kitchen had it), all appliances seemed nearly new and of great quality. Showers with good supplies of hot water and strong pressure. The outside is fantastic - the pool is huge and the perfect depth throughout (maybe not ok for young children, with no shallow end). Plenty of comfortable seats and sun loungers, umbrellas for shade. The jacuzzi is a great bonus and is really high quality. Huge grounds and some lovely flowers. All windows have shutters so bedrooms could be made very dark overnight. We weren't interrupted at all through the week but whenever we had a question we received a rapid response. I can't think of anything negative to say!

We had a lovely stay at Stelios Villa. Incredible beautiful surroundings, it’s a short walk into Kalyves, we didn’t realise until day 3 but there’s a small parade of beach bars and restaurants if you walk a bit further than we had been for first 2 days. The stay was lovely, the house was beautiful. We really enjoyed the village and it’s relatively slow pace. Stelios was very responsive to messages and very helpful too.

We had a great time staying here for a few days. The villa was clean with plenty of space to other local properties for privacy. There are local restaurants and a bakery within 5 mins walk as well as a bus stop to easily head for central Chania. The host was very responsive and quickly sorted any questions we had. Highly recommended

We had an incredible stay with our family. The photos do not do it justice. It’s so beautiful and so peaceful. There were many lovely welcome food and drinks that we really appreciated. We had many activities and family in the area so we were out and about but were always looking forward to coming back to enjoy the house, the pool, and the gorgeous view. We also loved the hot tub when we got a little chilled from swimming since it was a bit early in season. We made sure to have a day to just do that. We used the indoor/outdoor theatre one night and that was really fun. All the rooms and the kitchen were perfectly appointed. Everything was so well thought out. We can’t wait to come again and stay longer and have time to use the outdoor kitchen, the gorgeous dining room and enjoy the beautiful pool and view again.
