Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Paralia Vergas

Xirocampi is a quite pretty village and well suited as access to the mountains (Profitis Ilias). The apartment is located above the restaurant of the operators. It is very colorful and decorated with lots of old, personal belongings of the family. It has everything you need. For example, shampoo and baths. It was very personal and warm. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced. We felt very comfortable!

The apartment and the garden were very nice and shady. Thanks to Kate's description, we also immediately found the most delicious coffee in the region and the beautiful beaches in the immediate vicinity.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ermis’ house. It’s a charming older home with sweeping verandas upstairs and down. The downstairs veranda has a peaceful garden view and we enjoyed our breakfast in the shade each morning. Upstairs has a view of the sea and the mountains. At the end of the lane are two stone stairways. One leads to a quiet little pebbly beach with breathtaking views and turquoise clear water. The other stairway also leads to a beautiful, little beach; but this time there is also a cluster of restaurants. You have your choice of a more upmarket restaurant (where we enjoyed a lobster meal as we watched the sun set over the sea), a pizza taverna, souvlaki shop and a family run restaurant that serves authentic homemade Greek meals. There’s also a pharmacy. The area is perfect for a romantic getaway. However, for families, there is a safe enclosed garden, a little swing park across the road as well as a paved area with a basketball hoop.

This was my second visit with assorted family and friends and this time I rented for a month. Friends rented the attached house behind toward the end of my stay, which worked out wonderfully. The house and garden and views are unbeatable. The well-equipped kitchen and barbeque area make cooking a true joy and there are many restaurants and a few grocery stores and a butcher a short walk down the hill into the friendly and utterly charming village. The very clean and well equipped house reflects great attention to every detail and is esthetically very pleasing and comfortable. Kostas is a truly great and accommodating host. I am most grateful for a delightful stay.

Our stay in Agios Nikon was absolutely amazing, the house is spacious and beautiful and the surrounding area is a stunning landscape filled with very friendly locals. Vivi and her husband’s accommodation allowed us to have a wonderful trip that we will never forget. :)

We had a great stay at this amazing location. The host is very nice. We also enjoyed the fresh orange juice from the homegrown oranges.

It's the 2nd time we stayed at Eleanna's place. We've been there last year too. It's a really wonderfull place for those who love simplicity, quiet and calm place. It is so relaxing for the nerves. Sound of waves, birds, the view, all is peaceful. We will come again with pleasure.

Claire is impeccable! Her response to the messages was immediate. He helped us a lot to find the accommodation and suggested excellent restaurants. The property is gorgeous. It has a wonderful garden where you can sit outside and have your coffee and drink. The village is very quiet and safe at the same time. We had a problem with the water pressure which was solved immediately! We will definitely choose it again if we find ourselves in the area again.

What a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described, the apartment was comfortable and perfect for my family, Nikos had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (baby crib, high chair), our kid loved playing outside in the garden and the views from our private balcony over the mountains, the sea and the olive trees were spectacular. Very nice place, clean, spacious and welcoming!

This is the place you will feel comfortable and will be able to relax from noise. There are 2 work places (separate rooms , tables and chairs) perfect for someone who works remotely. Super clean ! Top comfy and large bed! Place is spotless! There is everything you need in the kitchen (olive oil , salt/pepper , coffee , cookies:) ) Totally recommend!

We were three people with Ursula and Jörg for 10 days and can highly recommend the accommodation. We had a fantastic time and felt very comfortable. Our expectations were exceeded and we got really great recommendations.

The property was very spacious and layout was excellent. Kitchen had full amenities for home cooking. Balcony front and back to enjoy the sunshine.

Our stay at Mr. Kostas' accommodation was very pleasant. The room was in a very quiet area and close to the beach (by car). The quietness combined with such a comfortable bed recommended the perfect combination for a perfect sleep (which is very important for the holidays). Mr. Kostas always answered the phone right away and was always ready to serve!A big asset of the room was the access to the roof, which had a coffee table and chairs to sit any time of the day and have a view of the whole Messinian Gulf! The cost was, finally, reasonable and livable! I recommend Mr. Kostas' accommodations and maybe in the future we recommend it again.

We stayed for 5 days in Klaus' apartment. It is in a lovely location , with beautiful views over the sea from the balcony. It was quiet. It had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. We had a wonderful stay. The only negative is that is is situated at the end of a rather steep road. We did not have a car so the climb up was - although good exercise for our legs - maybe challenging for older people ( we are 65+). As the place is not connected to the main drainage system, the host had asked us to use the outdoor shower, which was very pleasant.

Fantastic experience at this location, the host were easy to communicate with and the rental was just as advertised, we had a wonderful time. They did little things that really stood out for us who travel the world a lot like having aluminum foil and Saran wrap, having Tupperware we could use and an ice pack in the freezer . We cook a lot when we travel and having a functioning kitchen is very important and they definitely had that. The gift of bananas and apples were quite tasty. there is even a nice chilled bottle of Chardonnay on the table waiting for us, but we don't drink. The dog and cats were very friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. Perfect distance to the city and then away from all the noise. Don't forget to look for the sunset around evening time because it's quite beautiful. If we ever find ourselves on the west coast of Greece again you can believe that we will definitely rent from these guys again.

We have just had such a great family holiday at Villa Sadova. Its is beautiful and peaceful. The pool is great and sunsets over the sea whilst eating dinner are spectacular. Bedrooms and bathroom were luxurious and spacious. Would highly recommend.

An amazing castle like home over a very large olive gorge overlooking the ocean. Absolutely stunning scenery all around us. Home had all the amenities one would hope for and then some. Very large space for our family of 9. Pool and hot tub were a hit plus tons of games including foosball and ping ball. The upper deck was perfect for sunsets. And while we did not use they had this amazing wood fire BBQ and sitting area one could use. The location was great. We were basically on side of mountain in a secluded area but close enough to small villages and beaches. Lots of tavernas within 10 mins…4 tavernas within 1/4 mile (although 2 were closed due to slow season). Getting into Kalamata city center was about 25 mins and well worth it. Ann provided several suggestions on her Airbnb page. While there is taxi service i would highly recommend having your own vehicle Ann has a local host, Joanna, helping out and was super helpful and very responsive. Don’t hesitate to rent this place!

A wonderful, peaceful home to stay in.

Perfect home for 2 couples and a baby. Spacious, an exceptional location with an exceptional view and apart from a neighborhood party very late one evening, the place was very quiet and peaceful, a pleasure for the eyes. We were very well received by the beautiful mother and were very happy that the bed for the baby was prepared upon our arrival. We really recommend this Airbnb rental!

this stay is amazing. me and my friends had an amazing time, the look out on the beach in the evening, sound of birds and crickets. the beach close by is very nice and seems like a calmer atmosphere, where not that many tourist go. We enjoyed. We had good contact with the host.

This place is amazing! I felt like I was living on a movie set. The house and the views were absolutely breath taking. Even though the house is a bit further from major cities— it’s worth it! Judy was so easy to communicate with and very friendly. Highly recommend!
