Holiday rentals with a patio in Paralia Vergas

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακαθαρο με όλα τα απαραίτητα για να μείνει μια οικογένεια 4 ατόμων άνετα. Δίπλα στο πάρκο Σιδηροδρόμων και κοντά στην παραλία με τα πόδια. Μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα η όμορφη αυλή με τις λεμονιές και τα λουλούδια! Ευχαριστούμε κύριε Ηλία!

Μείναμε πολυ ευχαριστημένοι από το διαμέρισμα και κυρίως από το γεγονός ότι είναι φιλική με τα κατοικίδια κάτι που για μας είναι πολύ σημαντικό εφόσον ταξιδεύουμε με το σκυλάκι μας και συχνά αντιμετωπίζουμε δυσκολία στο να βρούμε κατάλυμα. Επίσης είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και βρίσκαμε εύκολα πάρκινγκ. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ την Κα Αργυρώ για την ευγενική φιλοξενεία της !!

This place was a truly amazing location with a beautiful and it was super clean! It had all you needed in the kitchen and we immediately felt at home. Host was super kind and flexible and even had a little local gift when we checked out. I would really recommend this place to anyone who wants a private location with a gorgeous view and amazing sunset! And I would stay again! Thank you for an amazing accommodation and your kindness.

superb location few min walk to harbour&restaurants, stavroula really cares and it shows, everything you could need and more supplied, outside washing mc in its cupboard great.., 2x coffee machines and all supplies u need, lovely olive oil and pasta amongst many welcome gifts provided. Electric hot water works well unlike many places where solar heated runs out, wifi and phone signal superb, we felt sad to leave it was so nice thanks to stavroula who exceeds anything yould have in a 5* hotel !..we asked for some extra pillows and 4 new pillows magically appeared soon after outside as it was late in the day, There are paths you can walk to stoupa along the coast, ideal also for bicycles as quite a flat area, you have parking by front door and the property has an authentic greek feel, while being private from nearby accom, (very well thought out place) even has things like flyscreens on all windows&doors also which would be good in hotter months, we visited in may. Fabulous ..

Jason ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er hat alles super erklärt und stand immer für sehr hilfreiche Tipps zur Verfügung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen - vorallem der warme Pool.... vielen Dank für alles.

Στο κέντρο της πόλης, με εύκολο πάρκινγκ, πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα και καθαρό, είχε μέσα όλα τα απαραίτητα πράγματα, μας είχαν αφήσει και καλωσόρισμα

We stayed for 5 days in Klaus' apartment. It is in a lovely location , with beautiful views over the sea from the balcony. It was quiet. It had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. We had a wonderful stay. The only negative is that is is situated at the end of a rather steep road. We did not have a car so the climb up was - although good exercise for our legs - maybe challenging for older people ( we are 65+). As the place is not connected to the main drainage system, the host had asked us to use the outdoor shower, which was very pleasant.

Nice apartment, has everything you need for a longer stay. Great big patio for sitting outside. City center is nearby and close to the marina. It can be a bit noisy when there is traffic on the streets.

We hadden een geweldige tijd. Het appartement is heel ruim, schoon en gezellig. Lizzie is een fijne gastvrouw, erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is een klein mooi, rustig dorp met oude huizen en mooie straatjes. Binnen 10 minuten ben je op het strand van Stoupa. Je kan in de omgeving prachtig wandelen. Een echte aanrader!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Claire empfangen und haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es hat alles gestimmt! Wenn wir nochmal nach Griechenland fliegen, werden wieder kommen!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Markos und Elenis Unterkunft verbracht. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet, vor allem über die gute Kaffeemaschine haben wir uns gefreut. Der Garten ist mit sehr viel Liebe hergerichtet und lädt dazu ein dort einfach mal einen Tag zu verweilen. Ein Auto ist für die Gegend zu empfehlen, so konnten wir einfach zu den schönen Stränden der Umgebung gelangen. Eleni ist sehr freundlich und hat unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gemacht.

We were welcomed warmly by the host's mother and had a very pleasant one-night stay in this spacious and comfortable apartment. It's on the ground floor, so we enjoyed walking out and sitting outside appreciating their beautiful plants, the rural setting and the view of the mountains (and the stars). The oranges, homemade olive oil cake and homemade jams the hosts left us were delicious. The windows have screens so it was possible to leave the windows open most of the time. The laundry machine and drying rack were useful too.

Ich hatte eine Wunderschöne Zeit in Ursulas gemütlichem und vor allem warmen Haus. Der Blick ist unglaublich schön, man sieht das Dorf von oben und dahinter das Meer und und die Mani.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in Almuts Haus. Es ist dort noch schöner, als die Bilder erahnen lassen. Alles ist sehr durchdacht, unkompliziert, praxiserprobt und sehr liebevoll. Die Lage ist ideal. Beste Voraussetzungen für einen wunderbaren Urlaub!

Mieliśmy wspaniały pobyt u George'a! Duże i bardzo ładne mieszkanie, dwa duże pokoje (jeden z kuchnią). Wszystko jest jak na zdjęciach, wszystko bardzo czyste, wygląda jak świeżo po remoncie. Meble nowe, łóżko ogromne i bardzo wygodne. Pościel i ręczniki nieskazitelnie białe i czyste. Duży balkon wokół całego mieszkania. Ulica jest główna, więc czasem głośna ale na to nie mamy wpływu. Za to blisko wszędzie: nadmorski bulwar, plaże, restauracje. Gospodarz bardzo komunikatywny, zawsze odpowiada na wiadomości. Bardzo miły, przyjazny, polecający lokalne atrakcje. Szczerze polecam to miejsce oraz Gospodarza!

Appartement ligt op loopafstand van het centrum waar veel leuke restaurantjes en barretjes zitten. Door de rolluiken in het appartement heb je niet in de gaten dat je zo dicht bij het centrum zit en kan je genieten van je nachtrust. Op vragen wordt zeer snel gereageerd en appartement was voor ons boven verwachting van wat je op de foto's ziet. We hebben genoten in Kalamata!

Εχω μείνει σε αυτό το κατάλυμα 2 φορές. Νομίζω ότι πλέον δε μπορώ να πάω άλλου ! Αυτή τη φορά είχαμε μαζί μας παιδί 1.5 έτους και ήταν πολύ καλό το γεγονός ότι ήμασταν μέσα στο κέντρο! Έβγαινες στο τεράστιο μπαλκόνι το οποίο δν έχει κάγκελα αλλά χτίστες κολωνες και ήξερες ότι το παιδί είναι ασφαλές, ενώ παράλληλα ήταν σα να βρίσκεσαι σε κάποιο από τα μαγαζιά. Το σπίτι δν είναι φορτωμένο οπότε δύσκολο να γίνει ζημιά κ η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη για να ετοιμάζουμε το φαγητό της. Έχει λίγη φασαρία λόγω της κεντρικότητας του σημείου, αλλά μόλις κλείσεις τα αλουμίνια έχει απόλυτη ησυχία για ύπνο. Και επιπλέον μετά τις 12 κλείνουν σιγά σιγά τα μαγαζιά οπότε οκ.. το συστήνω για οικογένεια με κλειστά μάτια

We loved everything about it. Peacefull, very relaxed and Ioanniss and Carmen are great hosts. Nice and well equipped kitchen. Hope to return and will definitely spend more time there. Koroni is also a very charming little town.

Amazing property spacious very quiet close to the city center. The host was very helpful and attentive. The place has a homey character and is equipped with anything that you might need for even a long stay. All in all an excellent experience.

Schöne Wohnung mit Klimaanlagen im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, diese haben uns die heißen Nächte erträglich gemacht. Der CheckIn war etwa mühsam: ich musste die Informationen selbst anfragen, als ich vor der Haustüre stand, und dann wollte mir die Firma ein Video senden, was nicht geklappt hat. Die Wohnung selbst ist im 2. Stock (barrierefrei) mit Blick und Balkon nach Osten auf die Berge, bzw. auch aufs Meer. Sie war extrem sauber geputzt. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster - alles da! Der Eigentümer war uns zwischendurch wegen eines Problems mit dem WLAN behilflich, dieses soll nach unserem Auszug endgültig behoben werden.

Fiorella house is just perfect for a small escape from the big town. the view from the balcony is amazing, specially in the sunset or sunrise. from there it's easy to get to Limeni, arepoly and etc... very clean, very comfortable, Fiorella answered very fast and had god recommandations for the area. I already want to come back!

Un havre bien frais au milieu de la chaleur spartiate ! Une très belle vue sur une charmante petite église et un jardin d’oranger ! Un appartement très agréable et bien placé qui permet de visiter Sparte ! Très bon séjour !
