Tucked away in Waterloo, 5min walk to Open Polytechnic, our private guest studio is cosy & comfy. Your own entrance & outdoor area in the trees & native bird life. A very comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom (shower has great pressure!) & everything you’ll need to make a cuppa or heat dinner in the microwave. 2 minute walk to Riverside Drive, Waiwhetu stream & Te Whiti Park. Great indoor/outdoor living with a deck and views over a family friendly lifestyle property with a separate driveway on a no-exit road. The house is energy-efficient with solar power. It is a 5-minutes to the Ōtaki township, where the Te Wananga O Raukawa campus, and the Golf Course are. The township also contains a library, supermarkets and takeaway shops. The beach and Otaki Forks is just a 10-minute drive.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Our Guest Suite is attached to our Main House, has its own entrance and is totally independent of our Main Home. Jug, toaster, fridge and microwave available, but no kitchen, (due to this fact it’s probably suitable to only short stays!), We are however, very close to numerous takeout places and superb restaurants. We are a two minute drive to the Beach or fifteen minute walk.
