Access by paved and illuminated street; the balcony and bathroom have a panoramic view of the beach, mountains and forest. The street access is unique, but for the apartment is independent with its own keys. It is 400m to the Historic Center and beaches, I always recommend for walking, they are safe streets and it is close to everything. New facilities, decorated by an architect; each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, balcony and pantry with MO, minibar and the necessary items for morning coffee or snack. Spots for two medium cars.

Casa 04, is in a Condominium with 04 houses (Recanto do Jabaquara). This is the only house in the Condominium, which has an exclusive swimming pool in the house and a second gate, making it even more independent. We offer bed and bath linens. We leave hygienic paper and detergent in the property, we do not replace it. Air and ceiling fan in bedrooms, cabinets with a clothes rack, mirrors, and black out curtains. Living room with sofa bed. Equipped kitchen, space for 1 car in the garage, gourmet space with barbecue and shower.
