Access by paved and lighted street; the balcony and bathroom have panoramic views of the beach, mountains and forest. Street access is unique, but access to the apartment is independent, with its own keys. It is 400 meters to the Historic Center and beaches, I always recommend walking, the streets are safe and it is close to everything. New facilities, decorated by an architect; each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, balcony and pantry with MO, minibar and the necessary items for breakfast or snack. Parking for two medium-sized cars.

Newly built loft, everything new and thought out in every detail for guests, queen bed, Guldi queen mattress, pocket springs, extremely comfortable and new, split air-conditioning, ceiling fan, kitchen equipped with utensils, refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, cutlery, glasses and cups, condiments and spices, private balcony and just a 15-minute walk from C.Histórico, a quiet street with no exit. For those looking for comfort in a carefully thought out and beautiful space, this is certainly the ideal place.

Kitchen with all the necessary items, bed, table and bath linens (no changes). KITNET IS ALL FOR ITS GUESTS. The only shared areas are the swimming pool and garage (1 space) For those coming by bus, the bus station is nearby. The kitnet is on the 2nd floor, accessed via a Santo Dumont-style wooden staircase

Complete apartment, with 85m², composed of a living room with a complete American kitchen, 2 large en-suites, as well as a balcony with a fantastic view of the pool and gardens. Located in the paradisiacal Hotel do Bosque Eco Resort (see the website). Holidays and festive dates on request and by package. Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor, accessible only by a staircase (wide, with handrail, between 12 and 15 flights of stairs). We do not accept pets.

Ideal for those coming by car, the studio is located in the São Roque neighborhood, 23 km from the historic center and 11 km from the main beaches. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed, a full kitchen, a coffee area, and a bathroom with an electric shower. Close to the bakery and market, with delivery options. We provide bathing items. Parking available 50 meters from the studio. We accept small pets. Uber does not work in the region, only taxi and public transport.

Charming chalet 300 meters from the Cunha-Paraty road

Beautiful cottage, novissimo, located 22 km from the city of Paraty. 1 double bed and one single bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 sofa bed, full kitchen, salamander and a beautiful room overlooking the lake. Easy to access asphalt only 300 meters from the Cunha-Paraty road. Lots of privacy, ideal for resting in the midst of nature with comfort and safety. The property is quite large with plenty of lawn, flowers, trees and birds. Very nice wifi internet. Not not 4G signal.
