Beachfront place, privacy and house for up to 10 people. The amount varies with total number of people . Amount listed is for 6 downtown. Boat access, easy to hire. Ideal for children over 7 years. There is no mains but solar system for LED lights, 2 220V sockets and small refrigerator, plus ice box. The generator is on for 2 hours in the morning and 2 at the end of the day. There are no fans, screened house with good ventilation. Plenty of room for everyone, barbecue, super beach.

The house is a grace, very clean and organized ! It even has washing machine helped us so much.The host Rogério is super kind and helpful and helped us a lot so that everything went perfect in our lodging! The house is close to several waterfalls of Paraty and has a beautiful view of the mountains.

I love the beach where the cottage is located, it is peaceful, and Carlos' accommodation was a great experience! When we went, it wasn't very hot, so there weren't many insects and the weather was pleasant. For those who like to keep their feet in the sand, it's an incredible place to spend a few days. It would surely come back!

Comfortable house in a very nice condominium. For a perfect experience, I suggest hiring the services of Cíntia, a great cook and extremely available to help. The only negative point, if I can mention, is the existence of mud in parts of the condominium beach. On the last day of stay I discovered a great beach just over 1 km from the condominium.

Casa Porto Frade with private boat space

Our stay at Cecilia's place was perfect! The owner was always available in the questions we had and the employee Ilza is very helpful and competent! It definitely made a difference in our stay. We'll be back in the next opportunity!
