Monthly Rentals in Park City

I’m giving Kimberly a five star only because I can’t give her ten stars. The house was super clean. It had a clean smell as soon as we walked in the door. Kimberly checked on us every day to see if we needed anything. She had a basket on the kitchen table with all kinds of treats. I eat the Chips Ahoy cookies first. It was an added bonus to get to meet Kimberly at her boutique just a couple of blocks from the house. She is super sweet. It was like visiting with a friend. We would go back without any hesitation.

House was very spacious and in a great location. Close to several amenities and things to do, but still quiet and a quaint setting. Very clean and felt like home. Everything that is needed was provided. I messaged Jason with a change in number of people and he replied in a very timely manner. He later sent great info about the area! Suggested Bucky Bee's BBQ. Ordered and picked up quickly. The food was fantastic! There is plenty of room in the back yard for playing fetch with dogs. Also saw many wild flowers in bloom along the yard! So happy to have a dog friendly home that is very welcoming. Laundry on site with provided detergent. This stay was so easy from check in to check out. It was so nice to not have to worry about anything other than running the dishwasher prior to leaving. Due to having dogs, I did sweep up, but I treated it as my own home. I am so happy I found this gem! My stay was just an overnight due to traveling south. If in the area I would stay again!!

It was a pleasure to stay there. Rachel responded within minutes to questions we had. We only stayed 3 nights so we tried to find something that was centrally located between Nashville, Louisville, and the Mammoth caves area and this was perfect. It was only a hour and a half drive to Nashville and Louisville, and about 25 minutes to Mammoth caves and Diamond caverns. Rachel’s was a great place to stay!

House is close to Mammoth Cave Park and very peaceful. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again. Thanks for sharing your home!
