Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Park Ridge

We had a wonderful stay at Jay's place. He met us in person to check in and personally showed us through the house and made us feel so welcome. The house was very homey and had everything we needed. It's also in a great location in a very walkable neighborhood close to the Frank Lloyd Wright Studio. Oh, and morning coffee on the sun porch was delightful. Thanks for a great stay, Jay.

This was a wonderful and comfortable place. Lynette was helpful and extremely responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a location with easy parking, comfortable furniture, or plenty of space. Lynette even had an amazing coffee spread, beans and ground, multiple methods to brew, quality stuff! Thank you again!

Just wonderful. That was one of the most beautiful accommodations I've ever been to. The apartment is totally lovingly furnished. Everything was super clean and tidy. There are even toothbrushes, toothpaste and a sleeping mask, if you need them. The kitchen is also super equipped with everything you need. The short walk to the metro was also very convenient. We would definitely come back.

5 star for sure! This place is a hidden gem, its so clean and has so many little extras to make you feel at home. I found seasoning to cook with,.coffee, tea, cream and sugar..and even a couple of pods for laundry. All of that plus an easy check-in, great parking space in the back (which you will need since street parking can be dicey) and the friendly neighbors made my stay wonderful. I stayed 7 nights and it is quiet at night so I felt very safe and got a good nights rest each night. I will definitely book again!!!

Sabin's home is amazing and always a perfect stay for me when I'm passing through. Clean, updated everything and HUGE TV, comfy beds and pillows. And he's a great host and responds quickly if anything comes up. This is my 2nd stay and I'll be returning again next time I'm passing through

We loved staying in this beautiful home. Emma was a gracious, responsive host and the place was immaculate. For us, the location was perfect and we hope to stay here on future visits to Oak Park.

Stay was great and Mariam was a super host. The space was exactly as pictured and all the games were a blast. Miriam even checked in a couple times to make sure we had everything we need and that we were having a good time. For sure would stay here again.

The hosts were incredibly nice! They truly did care about our stay. My stay consisted of recovering from a surgery. They went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and cared for! I got to enjoy the home and my husband got to go across the street to the beautiful park to fish. The questions we did have received quick responses every time. Next time we are in the area, we will be going back!

Even more spacious than in the photos! Well-kept place, with a fully stocked kitchen, projector, BOSE speaker, and great backyard. Double shower in the master bedroom, and strong water pressure. Entry is easy with a code. Finally, the host is VERY accommodating, flexible, and responsive. Recommended!

Words can’t describe how beautiful and clean the property and neighborhood is! The house is very spacious and modern. The basement is new, has a big room and bathroom with shower. The masters bedroom has a living room and GORGEOUS bathroom! The host provided cleaning supplies and even personal bathroom supplies for men and woman. The host was very nice and friendly 🥰 We had an incident with our previous AIRBNB and we had to rent this one last minute- The host responded at 1am letting us checked in at 1am. If you plan on staying here, please take care of it lol It’s such a lovely house! 100% Recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, we had all we needed to make meals and the beds were comfortable. We would have appreciated blinds in the two smaller bedrooms but enjoyed the rooms nonetheless. My friends say Thank you for your hosting.

Jimmy was friendly and helpful; his directions were clear and simple. The house is tidy and completely dust free. It’s inviting, but unpretentious, set in the most appealing area walking distance from a lake. Kitchen is suitably equipped. Towels were fluffy, bedding was inviting. AC gets cold.

Raul was very friendly and responsive and the listing was just as described. It was very nice to have such a close place to our relatives. The only minor downside is that the master bed mattress, while workable, is a bit lumpy and the headboard squeaks whenever you toss and turn. Everything else was great! Thanks for a great stay, Raul! We'll definitely be back! :)

We weren’t able to be inside the home much as our trip required us to be outside but we slept comfortably when we’re there, had lots of rooms for us. Great home, great stay

This was a perfect house for our extended family trip to attend my daughter's graduation!

When we were first looking for a place to stay, none of the available AirB&Bs looked great. A week later, we looked again, and suddenly Julia's place popped up. It was so much better looking, and with a fairer price, than any others I could find in the list. A two-bedroom that is a *real* two-bedroom, for the price that others were charging for a pull-out bed in the living room. It was just as beautiful in-person. We felt immediately at-home and comfortable. I'm someone who has insomnia, especially while traveling, but there, I had no problem sleeping somehow. Also, it truly is a short walk to the Blue Line, or even a just few steps from the 77 bus route, which goes to the Blue Line, or all the way right into downtown Chicago.

My daughter and I stayed at Izakaya Studio on a recent visit to Chicago. The studio is great and Brett made it so easy to locate everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The next time we stay I hope to spend more time exploring the neighborhood because there were so many restaurants and shops to choose from (lots of open-air patios and decks which would be so nice during the summer season). The walk to the blue line El stop felt safe and quick. We loved the studio's layout. The kitchen and bedroom areas were separate and Brett has two big, comfy chairs for relaxing, and ample island space for eating or using as a work space. My daughter had some virtual work meetings and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need for meal prep. We ate out each day, but our delicious breakfast take-out came from a place right up the street called Yolk. I highly recommend the Izakaya Studio for a relaxing and fun visit to Chicago.

Great location and property!

Great location, and easy access to all main streets. The neighborhood is quiet, and very safe. The people in the neighborhood were very welcoming. The condo was nice, very spacious and a great value for the cost.

The time spent here was wonderful. This place has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area was also really nice with tons of food and drinks within walking distance. The blue line is a short walk away and the busses run on the corner. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Chicago.

This is a WONDERFUL one bedroom apartment that is both private and spacious! The owner/host has the space fabulously decorated with an eclectic mix of original contemporary artwork and antiques. Nothing is generic about the space and it has been outfitted for guests with loving care. The host, Kaye, clearly puts much trust in her guests with her charming decor and furnishings. The amount of space, the privacy and the home-y feel make it a place we'd love to return to.

Perfect little spot! So close to the blue line, necessities nearby, great for a quick solar work trip. Bed is small and a little uncomfortable, and some things were a little off (medicine cabinet not fully attached to wall), but neither bothered me. Knew bed would be small from photos! Just a heads up for anyone that would worry about those. Will definitely be staying again if in Chi!

Such an awesome place to stay, very safe neighborhood. Mark was very responsive in the chat and asked us if we needed anything else right after we checked in. The best part was that their is a dedicated parking space which is very convenient and easy access to the place. For sure will be checking in next time when going to Chicago.
