I offer a furnished and very pleasant 18-square-meter studio in the heart of a historic city. The train station is only a 2-minute walk away. The apartment offers the perfect combination of a hotel room with services and a comfortable, carefully decorated pied-à-terre, with all the comforts necessary for a short- or long-term stay. You have a fully equipped kitchen for your comfort and a lounge area with a sofa bed with a 160 cm bed, 1 wardrobe and 1 dresser.

However, you will be in a completely enclosed and private environment, with its independent entrance on the street. The house has just been completely renovated and furnished. I hope you like it!... ; ) You can also access a private parking lot (2 parking spaces). The house has an outdoor garden, with small garden furniture. The place is quiet and green.
