A separate entrance, bathroom in the basement, toilet, private kitchen with basic equipment for cozy cooking evenings and many niches in the garden invite you to linger undisturbed.

The bike path around the lake is very popular with guests. Water sports activities: surfing, sailing, sup (beach rental for a fee). Connection to the public network by S-Bahn in the village.
