Very clean & comfortable, we stayed during a visit to MD Anderson. Great host, super helpful & patient with my lack of technical knowledge! We will definitely stay at the Fornix home again!

This was a fantastic place to stay for a onr person business trip. Its clean, in the same attached retail building to great Mediterranean and taco restaurants a d there is a walgreens as well without even crossing the street. They thought of all the basics in the house and it was easy to get comfortable. The complex also has a gym and everything I needed to make it a productive trip with my focus on my work.

Tracy’s place was everything I hoped it would be. Very peaceful . very clean and welcoming. Whatever you may need in the kitchen, it’s there. We spent a lot of our time sitting out on the balcony watching the fish jump out and the birds flying by. Perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon reading and evening night cap. Great location for visiting family. Only 10 minutes away, if that. Next visit, we will stay there again. We found our home away from home. Tracy is friendly and quick to respond . She is an excellent host!

We needed a last minute place to stay. We were dealing with another ARBNB issue with a broken AC and not what we expected with the location and Wesam was so quick to respond and accommodate us. This beautiful home was absolutely amazing. We spent a little over a week here and everything was just beautiful. The fishing was fantastic the yard was great for our 3 dogs. This home is the perfect getaway. Evan was very accommodating and really helpful when needed. We will definitely be back.

Christina was very welcoming and friendly. She was very responsive with any questions we had. Loved the fact that there were 4 bedrooms downstairs!!! Huge plus for someone with kids with disabilities. The beds were comfortable and the place truly felt like home. I would definitely recommend and I would stay again!

Trey is an excellent host!! He is very responsive to any questions. The house is lovely, and the backyard view is wonderful!! Perfect for a small family, or a couples getaway.

This place was absolutely beautiful, far from everything and very secluded from the craziness of houston! Everything was clean and just as described, Chay was very nice too her always responded in a timely manner i would totally recommend this place!

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful and the area was GORGEOUS. Phuc was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We only intended to stay 2 nights and loved it so much we ended up extending our stay to 7 nights. My husband and I talked almost the whole trip about how we would just buy the home if it was for sale. 🤣 We will definitely be visiting again, very soon!

Absolutely enjoyed staying here. Beautiful place, the elevator was such a neat feature. Super clean, and the host was very quick to answer any questions I had throughout the stay.

Beautiful studio condo. Very peaceful. Mark and Mayvic are very responsive. Here are a few suggestions: 1. The condo has a Keurig for coffee. Some coffee is provided, but if you are picky, you may want to bring your own. 2. The nearest grocery store is on the other side of the island, It may not be a bad idea to stop at the grocery store prior to your arrival. 3. Mayvic and I had a great laugh at this: Beware when you flush the toilet. It sounds like those toilet flushes on the airplane, but 3x as loud. Scared me to death to where I had to laugh at myself. 4. Mark and Mayvic have literally thought of everything to provide (comfort, kitchen essentials) to make you feel at home. This place is highly recommended and I will return.

Easy check in process at the condominium. Staff was helpful and courteous. Plenty of parking . Carts available for loading / unloading. Easy and safe access to the beach. Outside showers available for use prior to coming back in. The unit itself is wonderful. Shanna has the unit well decorated and not lacking for anything. Nice touch with the bottle of wine waiting to greet you. The view of the Gulf and the ships from the 9th floor is incredible. It was very relaxing to sit on the balcony while listening to the roaring surf. Shanna had a number of items available in the unit for use at the beach (some beach chairs, cabana for shade, beach wagon). The front desk has a phone number for a third party company if additional equipment is needed for the beach. We really enjoyed our stay @ Shanna's Sea Spot on Galveston Island. She is a great host.

Perfect view of the beach from the balcony. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful pool and super quiet. Very relaxing stay.

Jackie & Jill’s home was very comfortable for the week we stayed here. It’s equipped with all the things you’ll need and the surroundings (a little lake, ducks, turtle) is so placid and unexpected. Thank you for the stay!

This unit is excellent and love the decor which had a unified, calming, sea foam green/blue with pelican art work and shells. Loved the keyless entry…. No need to worry about losing key at beach. There is Full fridge and nice appliances with a fully stocked kitchen of pots, pans, both type of coffee makers, plates, dishes, cups, etc. The coffee bar was great. Bed in master was very comfortable and bath towels had a good thickness. Having the open living/dining table area concept with additional Murphy Bed made the condo seem more spacious. Hosts were very responsive if any questions. Definitely would stay at this unit again. Very nice unit. This condo building also has nice pool, beach access, & lobby amenities with a great front desk staff. All as described and just like the photos. Would recommend.

Jill did a fantastic job hosting their spotlessly clean, well stocked beautiful condo. She thought of everything - perfectly detailed guest guide with clear instructions on how to operate everything. And did I say clean!? So nice! They even stocked games and books including one she a Bill wrote on the history of Islander East which was very interesting. The condo grounds in general and pool were very well maintained. Jill and Bill went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We will definitely come again! Thank you!

The place was beautiful. Everyone within the neighborhood was nice and welcoming! Very friendly interactions with everyone and a very peaceful place! Loved every second of it, especially the pools. The place was neatly decorated and fixed. I had such a wonderful time that I’m willing to book again if the opportunity ever comes up again. Thanks Rachel!

Emily was a pleasure to work with. As with any vacation rental, getting settled needs answers from the owner. Emily responded within 10 minutes. The kitchen had everything you needed to live in the space for long term. We were there a month and was able to cook all meals, store leftovers, do a bunch of baking…it was great
