Abbiamo trascorso 2 giorni fantastici, consiglio vivamente sia il borgo che la casa. Fornita di tutto, lontana dal caos ma centrale per visitare l'Umbria. Un oasi di pace, sul serio. La famiglia che gestisce la casa è disponibile, accogliente e attenta ai dettagli. Dopo una giornata in giro tra le città d'arte la piscina rende ancora più rilassante il soggiorno. Grazie, torneremo presto.

We just checked out of this wonderful villa today, and it has truly been one of the most special places we’ve ever stayed. We arrived with my husband’s parents, my husband, and our toddler, and from the moment we got there, everything exceeded our expectations. Alex greeted us warmly, gave us a tour of the villa and the property, and provided detailed printed information about nearby restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and wine tours. The property also produces its own wine, which was available for purchase and could be conveniently delivered to our villa during our stay. Alex shared his contact number and made himself available in case we needed anything—which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of the property was the stunning infinity pool overlooking the vineyard and offering breathtaking views. It was the perfect setting to disconnect and truly live in the moment. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. Thank you Alex!

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

this place is really a hidden gem. it's on the top of a mountain, very private, very quiet. the house itself is very clean, very well equiped and even better then in the pictures. if you are looking for rest, peace and quiet, go there. the pool, the garden, the terasses, are perfect. Also valentina and family are extremely friendly and fast to help with anything. would definitly recomend

We had such a great time at this AirBnB. It is a very peaceful and private place, perfectly to disconnect and relax. The hot tub and sauna are a great addition and invite to enjoy the surroundings. Location wise you need a car and prepare to drive a bit more in case you wanna explore Tuscan cities. I would still argue it is worth it as you get a great place to stay.

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

This apartment is a wonderful blend of the historic and contemporary. Assisi is a special place this home is well located high up in Assisi to enjoy. We would happily recommend this place to any traveller. Thank you Maria for your hospitality.

Stefania was super nice to wait for us despite we were later for 3 hours. Her house was very beautiful and lots of space for 10 of us. Everyone can have their own space on the balcony or terrace. Can have BBQ too. House was very well equipped with everything that we expected. Had a wonderful time. Thank you.

J’ai passé 2 jours merveilleux dans la belle maison ! La maison est très mignonne, le jardin est magnifique ! Et la vue a coupé le souffle ! Il a différents petits coins très mignon pour boire un verre dans le jardin. Le jardin est très calme et paisible, nous étions vraiment dans notre petite bulle, jardin très intime. La déco de la maison est rustique mais choisi avec soin qui corresponds au charme de la maison. La communication avec Cristiana a été super, arrivée très flexible, elle nous a conseillé plein d’activité dans la région. Cristiana est super super hôte, très serviable et gentille ! Le dernier jour nous avons même pu partir à l’heure que nous souhaitons.

Die Unterkunft und insbesondere der Garten sieht in Wirklichkeit noch schöner aus, als auf den Bildern ! Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft schön, es ist absolut ruhig und man hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die toskanische Landschaft. Perfekt zum Entspannen und genießen. Die Gastgeberin war zudem super sympathisch, hilfsbereit und herzlich! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :-)

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Great stay! Initially the place was a bit further out of town than we had anticipated but we still found it very accessible to lots of the things we hoped to do! The view was amazing! So peaceful to sit on the terrace!

Traumhafte Auszeit mit Panoramablick! Diese Airbnb-Unterkunft war ein absoluter Glücksgriff! Der Ausblick war einfach atemberaubend und hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue begeistert. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig – die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und idyllisch. Die Wohnung selbst ist fantastisch ausgestattet und bietet wirklich alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Es war super praktisch, dass grundlegende Dinge wie Öl, Essig etc. vorhanden waren. Das spart nicht nur Geld, sondern auch den ersten Einkauf. Das einzige, was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war, war das Bett. Aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache und hat unsere positive Erfahrung in keiner Weise getrübt. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

This place was very nice and beautiful, the scenery was breathtaking and the views were great. Facilities were well kept and it was very peaceful. The animals were also cute. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever been to.

Magnifique séjour passé dans un cadre idyllique ! l'agritourisme implanté à Venarzzano est un hâvre de paix, idéalement situé pour rayonner facilement dans cette très belle région d'Ombrie et visiter toutes les richesses du patrimoine étrusque ! Des petits villages environnants haut perchés (Tuoro, Cortona...) ou au bord du lacTrasimène (Passignano, Castiglione del Lago...) aux grandes villes comme Perugia, chaque site est une merveille ! Nous y reviendrons !

Renato’s place was very extraordinary. We had the entire villa to ourselves. Our 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay. Renato was a great host and was very helpful when we couldn’t find his place right away. He brought us delicious pastries on several occasions. We were in town for a wedding and the villa was not far from the venue. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet. It can accommodate several families at one time

This was a truly authentic experience. Our host was so responsive and attentive to our needs. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and olive oil. And the passion our host has for his property is inspiring. We felt so welcomed and really enjoyed our stay. We truly felt like family! This region of Italy is particularly beautiful and the town of Cortona was charming.

The villa is the most beautiful place we stayed at during our 20 day trip through Europe. It’s a bit on a splurge in price but very much worth it. The views from the villa of the pool and the lake are breathtaking. The house is very beautiful, everything was functioning properly and the kitchen is great to cook in. We stayed in and cooked dinner one night and it was great. We also took advantage of the Complimentary olive oil tasting that is included with the stay and that was also of fun. Our guide said was so knowledgeable! I can’t say enough good things about this place. It was a much needed break during our busy vacation.

Nothing but positive things to say about our beautiful stay at Susan and Salvatore’s slice of heaven. The most stunning panoramic views of the lake and countryside. Something straight out of Pinterest or a magazine :) They were always super responsive and more than happy to help with local recommendations. It’s a great base to explore Umbria and Tuscany by car as it’s basically on the border to both. We would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks again for a beautiful stay :)

Such a lovely place to stay, with a very friendly and helpful host. Thank you for the wine on arrival! Perfect for visiting Arrezo itself, for the antiques fair, and very easy to get to Florence and Siena from here too. The annexe was perfect for two. The gardens and pool area were lovely, beautifully kept and welcoming.

Den wunderbaren Blick von der Terrasse aus und die unendliche Ruhe werde ich so schnell nicht vergessen - eine wirklich schöne Bleibe. Mein Hund hat das große Grundstück, auf dem sie sich frei bewegen konnte, sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Der Pool war auch klasse. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Valentina bzw. Valentins Mann war sehr unkompliziert. Beeindruckt hat mich die Schnelligkeit der Reaktion: als ein Problem im Bad war, hatte ich die Nachricht gerade abgeschickt, da stand er schon vor mir und hat das Problem behoben. Wer Ruhe, einen grandiosen Blick und eine tolle Umgebung bei sehr netten Vermietern sucht, der ist hier genau richtig!!

Wir waren eine Woche bei Valentina, es war eine wunderschöne Woche. Der Landschaftspark mit dem Pool war ein Traum. Die Geschmackvolle eingerichtete Ferienwohnung lag privat vor blicken geschützt. Alles war vorhanden. Wir haben gute Unterstützung und Informationen bekommen im Vorfeld und während des Urlaubs. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gut erreichbar.Die Minimetro in Perugia und die Barrierefreiheit dort können auch Menschen nutzen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind.

Sono appena tornata da una settimana a Tuoro sul Trasimeno e soggiornare qui è stata un’ottima scelta. Esattamente come da descrizione, pulito e con tutto il necessario (non mancava davvero nulla). La zona è tranquillissima: un paradiso. La piscina: un toccasana contro il caldo, con una vista stupenda. La zona è comoda, abbiamo raggiunto facilmente l’Isola Maggiore, Castiglione del Lago (dove abbiamo noleggiato le bici per un giro del lago), Perugia, Assisi, Spello. Host sempre disponibile e pronto con consigli e suggerimenti. Davvero consigliato!
