Monthly Rentals in Passua

Beautiful views, great location close to downtown Ortisei. Note that the walk back from town is mostly uphill, which was fine for us. It was easy to drive into town if we didn’t want to make the walk. The place was clean and had what we needed to stay for a couple nights. Andrew was a great host, and checking in and out was easy.

My family of 5 loved staying at Francesca's. Her place was nice and clean and had everything we needed. There is a nice little view from the windows. We enjoyed drinking our coffee with the windows open in the morning and staring across the valley. Francesca was a wonderful host. She had clear instructions and checked in regularly. I know she really cared about us and our stay. She gave us a visitor's pass which covered bus transportation and the local swimming pool, which we used everyday after hiking. The bus stop is a short walk and was very easy to use. The walk into town is a very nice walk and only took 20 mins, which we did a few times, usually from the pool or grocery store. The washing machine was very handy after long hot hikes in the sun, and there was laundry detergent which was a nice that we didn't have to go get our own. Ortisei Is a beautiful town with lots of activities. We stayed 4 nights, but we could have stayed forever. We highly recommend staying at Francesca's!

We had 3 nights in Osterei and were keen to do some hikes. Unfortunately we were unable to do any hikes due to the wet weather However our accommodation allowed us to have a relaxing few days from our travels. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. It was clean and very comfortable. I would recommend to family and friends

The apartment seemed new and was modern looking. It was clean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen, although small, had what we needed. Gunther was responsive to questions, although we never met him. His mother met us when we arrived. There was confusion regarding ability to do laundry - the listing said there was laundry on the premises, but his mother said there wasn't - this could have been an issue with language and that she didn't understand what we were asking. Also there was no hand soap or body soap, so you need to bring all this. In addition, the kitchen had no supplies like spices, sugar, or coffee filters for coffee maker. - it looked like no one had ever cooked in it before. Lastly, it is a bit out of town (2.5 km) and not an easy walk there (it didn't look like sidewalks were there the whole way into town) - since we had family staying in town, this was a little disappointing for us. All in all, a really nice place to stay and beautiful area to vacation.
