The master bedroom has two single beds that are easily pushed together into a double bed. Good with closet space and hooks. The small bedroom has a double bed. Sofa bed for up to 2 in the living room. Completely renovated for the last 15 years, most recently with a new kitchen in 2022 and air conditioning in May 2024. Large great bathroom. Washing machine in closet on the terrace. Wifi and TV

En complejo pequeño y muy tranquilo. Espectaculares vistas al mar, atardeceres inolvidables, y la montaña. Piscina climatizada(No se puede garantizar una temperatura , depende del sol). Caminando a 10-15´está la playa de Patalavaca, a la que se puede acceder por vía de escaleras o por la avenida los Guaires, y a 20´ caminando está el centro de ocio de Anfi del Mar, donde se pueden practicar deportes acuáticos. Hay rutas para senderismo y ciclismo, por ejemplo, a Soria, a Roque Nublo, etc

Its close to town and beach. The house has its own garden, furniture and barbecue. Parking in the street outside the house. The garden and outdoor area are part of the condominium and are maintained by them. This means that employees have access to the outdoor area around the houses for working.
