Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pavia

We stayed in Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: cozy, chic and stylish apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel better. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). We have no complaints to make no mistake, as Marco offered us more than we expected! A huge thank you, you made our stay even more unforgettable. We will definitely be back! THANK YOU!

We had a great stay in Milan! The apartment is in a great location, only a 15-20 minute walk from the Duomo and close Navigli. Ginevra was really helpful and sent clear instructions for check in. She was quick to respond to any queries we had. We would definitely recommend.

Our stay in this Airbnb was lovely!! The house and garden and the views from the terrace are beautiful, it is quiet and peaceful. A wonderful place to visit the area from, we had a great time with our 2 year old daughter who was able to play in the house and the garden and swim every day in the swimming pool. It is very clean and everything is provided for; from time to time we had a lovely little “chat” (using our hands and feet and what little Italian we know 😋) with the (grand)mother who lives above the appartement. Definitely would recommend this to our family and friends!

Broken washmachine was disappointment

Great place to explore Milan. Just a few minutes walk to tram direct to piazza duomo and 20 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of the grande canal.

The lodging covered our expectations. The house is impeccable, comfortable, with everything you need for a good stay. The quiet environment, ideal for rest after intense walking days. But the best, without a doubt, was how affectionate, friendly and attentive that is Melania. Finding us was like we've known each other forever. It deserves the Superhost rating. Highly recommended.

Great, great place! And as important (more?), I great, great host! Marco is one of the truly great hosts! Location was great, place was spotless and equipped beyond expectations! I had lost my razor along the way, and to my amazement, there was an individually wrapped "shaving kit", along with other little kits of things people forget! I honestly don't recall more comfortable sleeps than my nights here! All around truly one of the best! Highly, highly recommended!

Roberta is a truly wonderful host: warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even allowing us to check in early and check out late, which made a big difference for our travel plans. The apartment itself is spotless, stylish, and cozy—exactly what you want when staying in Milan. It’s beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout, and located in the heart of Brera, one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. Highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Milan.

Lived in Milan a few different times and this is a great place and great location. Well decorated, spacious, and in a clean safe area. Great, if you’re looking for a more vibey place in a big city where there’s a lot of modern airbnbs. The plants all over the place and patio really give you some calmness in a busy city! Location is perfect too if you’re just visiting Milan for a little bit. Everything is within walking distance. Would recommend! Thanks!

10/10 and great host as well. So friendly, helpful and multilingual. Trust me, the space looks even nicer in person. There are bikes and scooters for rent nearby, which I highly recommend for transportation since Ubers are crazy expensive. Bonus points for giving us an extra AC for the second room and a local beer for us to try. This is truly the best Airbnb in Milan for the price.

Great appartment!

It’s an easy Metro ride away to city center. Don’t let the fact that it’s not in the city center scare you away! It’s in very clean and quiet side of town where you can get away from the hustle and bustle. This location is about 10 minute walk away from the Metro/Train Station. It’s amazing and clean!!! Highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for us – just a short walk to the metro and with great grocery stores nearby. Giulia responded to our messages quickly and was very helpful throughout our stay. We loved staying at Paola’s while in Milan! It was close to public transportation which was important to us. There were several great spots around the apartment as well. Paola’s outdoor space is wonderful and we loved having a glass of wine there at the end of the day. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I can’t say enough about how great this place is to stay in! I came in the winter with my daughter and decided to return with my husband. We loved relaxing on the quiet and beautiful roof deck. The interior cloistered living room was wonderful to have our morning coffee in. It’s close to everything and has a convenient grocery store just around the corner. We walked everywhere! Duomo, last supper, Scarpa Theatre, etc. Was also able to enjoy the grand canal one evening too. This place is very comfortable for two and we slept soundly in the bed. :-) Highly recommend!
