Monthly Rentals in Peaks of Otter

One of the most unique places we’ve stayed at! Cute & cozy with a clean space for guests. Communication was clear and easy, the animals were as fun as expected, and the community spaces for guests were clean and welcoming.

This place is truly a rare find. The house is immaculately kept and is situated on a waterfall and nestled in the woods. It was perfect. Rhonda thought of everything and was so thoughtful and kind. We will be back!!

Our hosts were extremely responsive to our needs and Gateway Cottage was very comfortable. The cottage was very well stocked. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Thank you Barbara and Phil.

Perfect location to stay with extended family (and extended dog family!) for a local wedding. Loved sitting in the sunroom and watching the horses.
