Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Typical stone house, large flower garden. 15 km from the seaside, 10 minutes from Rochefort-en-T., Branféré parks, Prehistory, La Roche-Bernard, Vilaine estuary. 20 minutes to: La Brière, Tropical Park, Gulf of Morbihan. La Gacilly, Vannes 30 minutes away... Walking trails 200 m away. Located in the town center with local shops, playground. If needed: baby bed, chair, bathtub. Non-smoking rental. Playground nearby.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.

With extraordinary character, come and enjoy this cozy and soothing accommodation, close to the port, all shops and restaurants. 🔅 Note that the single room is located on the mezzanine and is more suitable for a child/teen (see photo).

We run the equestrian center on site.

House ideally located to navigate between the Gulf of Morbihan, La Baule, La Roche Bernard and Guérande. 10 minutes from the beaches of Damgan, Billiers, Pénestin..., Branféré animal park. 5 min from the old port of La Roche Bernard or the Arzal dam and its recreational area. We remind you that we do not allow gatherings with noise pollution.
