Throughly enjoyed my stay! Absolutely stunning surroundings, plenty to do and fab hosts in Lisa & Martin. Will definitely visit again!

What a beautiful spot! I really needed a “break from it all” and this cottage had it all. Clean, warm, cosy in an absolutely stunning location. Surrounded by green fields and trees, animals, lakes and beautiful gardens. The hot tub was just Devine, especially at night when the fairy lights came on. I’ve never felt so toasty- the underfloor heating was so effective, especially as we had a cold weekend weatherwise. Welshpool is a lovely town to visit and the local waterfalls are stunning. We had a great walk around Lake Vrynwy and the Giants Hand is a must see. Lovely to see the farm animals, and the added bonus was a secure paddock for the dogs to run in. We found the Lodge cottage to be ideal for our holiday. It was a peaceful location with great views from upstairs windows. the cottage was spotless when we arrived and very well equipped. it was nice to find tea and coffee and ample towels supplied. the hot tub was a treat a couple of times during our stay. Other nice touches were the books and games, and the basket of leaflets to suggest places to visit. We would highly recommend this for any family to stay in.

What a beautiful location! The property and surrounding gardens meant you didn’t need to leave. Great bbq for alfresco dining and lovely large hot tub. Care had been taken to make the property feel really homely. Jane and her friend Kathy were lovely, so welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Coals View. Firstly Tom and Louise were very helpful with directions and instructions and couldn't possibly do enough. It's a gorgeous property and immediately felt right at home and very relaxed. Place was spotless. Had everything I could need and more for my stay. Lots of great little touches, clearly with guests in mind. Lovely garden area to sit and relax, and the hot tub was a lovely treat in the evening. Felt very private and was left to my stay, but I know I could contact them at any point if needed. Would gladly returned, and have already recommended to family. Thanks so much.

Absolutely beautiful cottage, the river was just lovely along with the views. Rooms were also very nice. We needed some help with the hot tub and Angela was very attentive and helped us as soon as we needed her :) Plenty of games provided and restaurant recommendations etc. Overall a lovely weekend would definitely recommend! <3

Stayed a week at Ffion’s place and had a great stay. Cottage is really lovely and a home away from home, hot tub was great for relaxing after long walks! Felt very private, was very quiet and perfect place to relax. Location was really good, close to Conwy and Betws y Coed.

This Airbnb was wonderful for our one-night getaway, we loved the peaceful and scenic surroundings (and of course the hot tub!). The garden was lovely and perfect for our dog to have a few games of ball. The inside was very cosy and tidy, we felt right at home. We had a very good nights sleep!

Tim's place was fantastic! - So well designed and thought out. I loved the layout of the living space and kitchen. It was so peaceful and a nice surprise was it stayed nice and cool in the evenings despite the hot weather. Would thoroughly recommend.

A lovely cottage perfect location away from hustle and bustle. Hosts were very nice people and expressed that if we needed anything we were only to ask but we didn’t need to as everything was as expected. Can highly recommend.

Lock Cottage is a perfect place to stay, a beautiful, quiet location. The cottage is very comfortable, scrupulously clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the welcome pack. We hope to stay again.

Lovely little cottage within a short walk to Ellesmere Lake. Comfortable, cosy beds and all the things we needed for our stay. Pippa was very responsive and helpful with a few queries.

The cottage was easily located having been givenn not only the address but a what3words location and a pin dropped on Google Maps. It is a very cute period cottage but well renovated especially with a lovely recent bathroom and kitchen. With 2 cute, comfy bedrooms it was perfect for us and our son. The tight, steep staircase might phase some people but for us just added to the charm. There was a sun deck at the end of the garden that was lovely to end the day with beer looking over the fields. An enjoyable and relaxing stay.

This beautiful house was just like the pictures. We are a large family going to a local wedding in Wales, so did not utilise the amenities to their full potential. But had a relaxing time, in this very well equipped house.

This little hideaway is just breathtaking. I could’ve watched the birds and listened to the water in the garden for days and days. The garden is spectacular and the standard of finish throughout the whole space is just exceptional. I wish I had such a brilliant eye for interiors! Nicola was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout too, many thanks and will be back again you can be sure!

The cottage is just beautiful and Pete and Julie were very kind hosts. We really enjoyed our stay and our kids loved the horses. We would definitely recommend this place.

A lovely, modern yet homely cottage in a friendly neighbourhood in the centre of Llangollen. Within easy walking distance of restaurants and bars as well as the river and the start of a number of walking routes. Cottage was spotlessly clean and welcoming with everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to visit Llangollen.

We had an amazing stay here for my sisters hen do. The house was beautiful and the gardens/views were stunning. Phillip was a fantastic host and incredibly responsive and helpful. The area is so private it was so peaceful and we weren’t disturbed by anyone. I highly recommend this house and I will likely return here again. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at The Dingle. We came to the area for a wedding and it ended up feeling like a mini-holiday. The cottage is generous, well appointed and comfortable with soft beds and a good shower, and immaculately clean. We enjoyed alfresco breakfasts at the table outside, which has a thoughtfully-placed fence so that it feels private. We enjoyed a pleasant footpath walk from the cottage to local shops. The furnishings are classic and modern with interesting paintings and objects to look at. I had to teach my daughter the word ‘plush’! Louise and Stuart are friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed meeting their dogs. Thank you!

We had the most amazing few days at Kate’s place. It was absolutely beautiful and they were wonderful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. We would absolutely return and will one day.

Amazing cottage nestled in the countryside on the verge of Snowdonia, easy accessibility to most of the attractions and places to visit. Highly recommended.

The cottage looks just as good, if not better than the photos. It's light, spacious, and very easy to relax. We were unfortunately feeling under the weather for the majority of the stay, so being able to enjoy the cottage itself and the views without having to venture far was perfect. We'd love come back one day and explore more of the beautiful surroundings.
