we stayed at this beautiful cottage with our 2 year old and absolutely had the best time, the cottage was just as described and more! so spacious, peaceful and well equipped, cosy soft beds, cot and highchair, and loads of hot water for baths. Alison was so helpful as host, she went above and beyond to supply a few extras to us during our stay and was always available if we needed. a really lovely private house thats near to the most beautiful bits of Cornwall for easy day trips. highly recommended and we hope to return. thanks Alison and family!

We spent a lovely weekend at Sky Cottage. Cris is a great host, thoughtful extra touches to make us feel welcome. The cottage is really pretty and obviously a lot of love has been put into the renovation. I’d thoroughly recommend a stay here.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Liz’s charming little cottage in Cornwall. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The cottage is beautifully kept—clean, cosy, and full of character. It’s the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Liz was a fantastic host—friendly, helpful, and respectful of privacy. She made sure everything was just right and gave great local recommendations that really added to the trip. The location is peaceful and scenic, ideal for anyone looking to unwind or explore the surrounding countryside and coast. I especially loved waking up to birdsong and ending the day with a quiet cup of tea in the garden. Highly recommend staying here if you’re after a relaxing escape in a truly lovely part of Cornwall. Ann and Chris are always amazing and such lovely hosts. This isn't our first time here and never disappoints. We love the tranquility and Golant itself. Easy to get to everywhere else by foot or by car. The accommodation is fantastic and always feels like a home from home. Our favourite place in the UK by miles.
