Monthly Rentals in Penrhyn Bay

The property has been beautifully refurbished and all finishes and furniture are of a very high specification. All rooms are generously sized. And the cinema room is awesome. The views from the garden are stunning. It all makes for a 5* experience really. Our only comment would be around the communication accuracy. We only stayed two nights (as a base for climbing Snowdon) so wanted to know if we needed to bring consumables like washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll etc. Everything we were told was not provided was actually there when we arrived - except we arrived via the supermarket having bought it! I also think the check-in / check-out could be more flexible for short lets. we were not allowed in before 16.00 on the day of arrival and had to leave by 10.00 on the morning of check-out, with beds stripped and dishwasher run and emptied. Which made for a frenetic and early start on the morning we left.

Great place to stay, but not much parking spaces (although the host offered to give up their space for us) and there is no door in the bath room. So depending if you are going on your own or if you are really comfortable with your partner knowing the intimate details of your daily routine, it is something to consider.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Brian's place. The property was lovely set in a nice quiet area with beautiful views. it was spotless, and modern we felt very at home. would highly recommend. Brian was very helpful with instructions and had left some sweet treats for us on arrival which was lovely. thank you Brian

I had the most wonderful stay at the Loft in Deganwy. Wonderful hosts. The Loft itself was beautiful and had the perfect facilities for my stay. I stayed for a month for a University placement in a nearby Hospital and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone going to stay up in North Wales, And look forward to hopefully returning soon!
