Dans un petit hameau tranquille sur les hauteurs de Rémalard (tous commerces) et le long d'un circuit de randonnée, ce gite en formule tout inclus est idéal pour se mettre au vert ! Longère percheronne de plain pied : séjour avec cuisine équipée, salon (poêle à bois, canapé convertible 2 pers. (draps non fournis), TV, bureau), chambre (lit 2 pers 160 x 200 cm - draps fournis) en rez de jardin avec accès sur terrasse en bois, salle de bains (douche à l'italienne et baignoire d'angle), wc.

A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Treehouse, 1 hour 15 minutes by train from Paris

1 hour and 15 minutes from Paris Montparnasse, we will come to pick you up by car. We are 10 minutes from the Courville-sur-Eure train station. Do you want nature, wellness and relaxation without going too far? We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.

Charlotte's house for 6 people

Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.
