Monthly Rentals in Peru

As soon as we walked in, the house felt like home. The house was very clean as well as towels and linens. Being the house was built long ago, it had charming features. We had a rainy day and had a blast staying in and playing ping pong and air hockey! Elaine was a great host. We ate at Fire on Fifth and Jorge’s Margaritas & grill. Thoroughly enjoyed both restaurants. Thank you Elaine!

Place was so well done- had all the amenities we needed, decorated nicely, and very spacious! A real gem in the heart of a darling small town.

Loved this place! Right away it felt like I’d walked into my new, stylish furnished apartment and that someone who cared had left little welcoming things for me to find…snacks and treats, the great coffee bar, etc. Nicely stocked kitchen (even a little pizza oven!), full fridge/freezer for my cooler items, soft towels, comfy bed, comfy couch, great sized tv, fun decor and near to restaurants/stores (driving distance maybe 5-6 minutes). Gregg was very quick on responses whenever I had questions and always friendly. I felt safe in the area, the outside was well lit for late arrivals and parking next to the door was convenient for unpacking/packing the car. My brother, who was staying at a nearby hotel said HE will want to book this the next time he’s in the area.
