Independent holiday home located in the middle of the green San Bartolo National Park and looking at the blue of the Adriatic sea, the house is a welcoming and comfortable home of 100 square meters, perfect for people who love being in nature and relaxing looking at a spectacular view that goes from the Appennini to the sea. The house, an old fishermen’s house which have been recently refurbished, is close to the village of Casteldimezzo and the characteristic village of Fiorenzuola di Focara.

Villa Fiore, located in the Art Village of Novilara, is a beautiful Luxury Villa, its panoramic position is strategic both for visiting the nearby cities of Pesaro, Fano, Candelara and for reaching the beaches of the coast in less than 3km. After a day dedicated to cultural visits or to the sea it is wonderful to be able to relax with a dinner or an aperitif in its well-kept garden; Villa Fiore can accommodate up to 9 people with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We recommend a maximum of 8 adults.

Renovated with respect for its history, but equipped with all comforts, including washer-dryer, induction hob, hot/cold heat pumps, dishwasher. Close to the equipped beach, downtown and all essential amenities. Ideal for two guests, it can accommodate a third adult on the bed/sofa on the ground floor. The bathroom and master bedroom are on the first floor. (Tourist tax 2 euros/person/day to be paid on site).
