“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

Large apartment of about 100 square meters located on the second floor in a condominium of six residential units. It consists of a kitchen, living room, two double bedrooms, bedroom with loft bed and 1.5-size sofa bed, two bathrooms, three terraces and garage. Possibility to use a double sofa bed in the large living room. Located in a residential area 300 meters from the Walls of Lucca and 50 meters from the train station. The historic center is within walking distance.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the well-known Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo is situated in the Tuscany hills, very close to the seaside. Surrounded by olive trees and lots of green spaces, there are also some donkeys for the joy of children. LA MAGIONE is part of this place.

E' un appartamento facente parte di una tenuta completamente recintata di 60 ettari di natura incontaminata: più di 1000 ulivi, innumerevoli cipressi e foreste profumate creano un ambiente idilliaco per coloro che ricercano tranquillità e silenzi. La tenuta Palmierina è in prossimità di Castelfalfi (un vero gioiello di architettura medievale) e nelle vicinanze di Firenze (50 Km), Siena (50 Km), Pisa (50 Km). Nelle vicinanze ci sono due campi da golf.

Piccolo bilocale situato in una casa di corte, composto in entrata da una camera con letto matrimoniale e poltrona-letto, piccolissimo angolo cottura e bagno con doccia. Entrata indipendente. L'unico locale in comune (con noi che abitiamo sopra) è la lavanderia che è in una stanza indipendente .Il parcheggio ,gratuito , è sulla strada (a 20 metri dalla porta di casa) Non c'è giardino ma ci si può sedere fuori magari per bersi un drink .
