Monthly Rentals in Pescate

Good location and very nice view from the balcony. Well-maintained and practically equipped inside. The access is not easy to find, but with the detailed video description you can easily get in. The parking lot is outside directly in front of the house and protected by a gate. The contact with the landlady was very kind.

Our stay at Alessandros apartment was pleasant. It is spacious, and the view of the mountain and lake from the balcony is amazing. Alessandro is a super host and always answered right away if there were any questions.

An apartment is in a great location, walkable from train station to lake. Everything was as described, it was clean and there is a good noise cancellation from outside when windows are closed. Matteo was responsive and friendly, shared a list of food places recommendations nearby. Thank you for an amazing stay!

OMG we’re coming back asap!! The family (10 people) spent a great time there to celebrate my wife successful PhD defence. Highly recommended!
