Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Pescia

Wat hebben wij het getroffen bij Tenuta Verde. Monica en Daniele zijn gastvrouw en heer pur sang. Alles is tot in de puntjes geregeld. Warm welkom bij aankomst, een welkomspakket waarmee je de eerste avond en ochtend mee doorkomt. Alle vorige lovende recensies zijn helemaal waar. Tips over de omgeving wat er te doen is naast de grote bezienswaardigheden en waar je lekker kan eten en het beste ijs kunt kopen. Warme persoonlijkheden die altijd voor je klaar staan. Daniele kwam zelfs 2 keer eigengemaakte wijn brengen, heerlijk. Het huis is zo fijn "thuiskomen" na een lange dag weg. Heerlijk de rust in de tuin en om het huis. We missen het nu al. Eine schöne Unterkunft mitten in dem Bergdorf Volegno. Man hatte die totale Ruhe und einen super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder auch mit ein bisschen Fahrt zu verschiedenen Stränden und Städten. Es gab jeden Morgen frisches Gebäck zum Frühstück und allgemein war Elisabetta sehr hilfsbereit. Eine tolle Unterkunft, um tagsüber unterwegs zu sein und dann abends dort zur Ruhe zu kommen!

Alloggio splendido! ci è piaciuto molto come è arredato l'interno e l'esterno. Il giardino mi è piaciuto particolarmente. tanti angoli suggestivi da scoprire, con statue nascoste nel verde e piccoli tavolini. Location ideale per passare un weekend nel verde in relax lontano dalla città.

Das Haus war sauber und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Ilaria war jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert – alles hat super geklappt. Das Highlight ist der große, sehr gepflegte Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Pflanzen – ein richtig schönes, grünes Paradies. Der Pool macht das Ganze noch besser. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Hands down our favorite part of our two weeks in Italy! Casa Al Poggio was our Tuscan home away from home. We went and did all the things… Florence, Cinque Terre, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, etc. But coming “home” to this place was the best. So peaceful and picturesque looking across the valley at the Badia Di Passignano. We cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen and my husband loved the rustic BBQ. Fresh herbs in the garden and the smell of jasmine blooming on the patio. Book yourself extra time here…you won’t want to leave! Emanuele & Tamara are the kindest people. Take them up on all of their restaurant recommendations. Everyone one was a hit! We can’t wait to go back.

We had the best week in Nada’s home with our friends who travelled from Australia. The villa was so cute and cosy and had everything you would need. Nada is a great host who was very responsive and extremely friendly, it was just a shame we didn’t get to meet her in person. The main highlight for us was when Viola (Nada’s daughter) came to the villa and did a cooking class with us. It was fantastic and one not to be missed! We made bruschetta, homemade pasta and sauce and a lemon tiramisu. We made pasta and bruschetta literally every night after as it was just so good. From the villa we travelled around in our hire cars and saw the delightful towns/villages such as San Giginano, Certaldo, Siena, Greve in Chianti, climbed up the hill to Montefioralle, Radda in Chianti, Volpaia and the local village of Barberino Val D’Elsa. I highly recommend you visit each as all close enough for a day out it combine a couple in a day. You will not be disappointed at Casa Di Nada. We loved it 😊

Wir waren für knapp drei Wochen mit unserer 10 Monate alten Tochter in der Wohnung von Franco und Gracia und hatten eine großartige Zeit dort. Das Haus liegt günstig für Ausflüge im Norden der toscana, gleichzeitig aber ruhig und friedlich an einem Berg in der Natur; man hat einen tollen Blick und einen tollen Garten! Die Wohnung selber ist genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben; gemütlich, mit ausreichendem Platz und einer wirklich gut ausgestatteten Küche. Mit dem eigenen Garten hat man viel privaten Raum. Franco und seine Frau waren herausragende Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Auch die Anweisungen, um die Wohnung zu erreichen, waren klar und verständlich. Einziger kleiner Nachteil an der tollen Lage am Berg ist, dass man schlecht zu Fuß (gerade mit Kinderwagen) von dort wegkommt, sondern immer mit dem Auto fahren muss. Insgesamt sind wir absolut zufrieden und können diesen Geheimtipp voll und ganz empfehlen; wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful Airbnb which was thoughtfully restored to reflect the history of the area. You won’t want to leave. We explored Certaldo Alto and Montefioralle- both amazing sites. The pool area was perfection and we couldn’t get enough of the landscape! Couldn’t stayed a week!!!

Es war eine tolle schöne Erfahrung und wenn wir wieder nach Lucca reisen würden. Dann wüsste wir sofort wo wir was buchen.

Had a wonderful stay at Francesco's place. The location is absolutely amazing, right in the heart of Firenze. Would definitely stay there again.

Clara war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin - freundlich, hat beim verspäteten Check-in auf uns gewartet, alles in der Wohnung erklärt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben - super Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden, die Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit nutzbar, weil es zwei Schirme gibt. Und drin ist es gemütlich, sauber, genug Schränke - alles da. Sehr gern kommen wir wieder, wenn wir mal in der Nähe sind.

Emily's apartment is the perfect location to explore Lucca. She was extremely helpful when communicating and very prompt when replying to any queries.

Had the best experience with Luca and his team! They provided such attentive service and support for everything we needed before and after arrival. The penthouse is at the heart of Florence. Perfect location with spectacular view. Love the high ceilings and we had a great time there.

Spędziliśmy w tym domu cały tydzień. Bardzo miło wspominamy pobyt. Claudio był pomocny i wytłumaczył nam wszystkie kwestie związane z zamieszkaniem. Gospodarz czekał w miejscowości obok. Było to ważne ponieważ droga dojazdowa jest specyficzna. Ogólnie zalecam auto z wysokim i dobrym zawieszeniem, ewentualnie 4x4. Są spore koleiny i dziury (były akurat poprawiane podczas naszego urlopu) i na pewno stanowi to wyzwanie dla zwykłych aut czy suvów. Droga jest szutrowa. Nam akurat się to podobało i mieliśmy frajdę w jeździe naszym autem terenowym. Jeżeli chodzi o dom to jest to przepiękna, stara i klimatyczna nieruchomość. Styl widać na zewnątrz i w środku. Świetny basen. Piękne widoki i otoczenie. Kwintesencja Toskanii. Dobra baza wypadkowa na wycieczki. Nie zmieniłbym tam nic. Wyposażenie jest kompletne. Czystość również bez zastrzeżeń. Ogólnie top!

Die Unterkunft lag sehr privat am Dorfrand. Man muss mit dem Auto einen schmalen, kurvigen und teilweise steilen Weg entlang fahren. Zum Glück gab es nie Gegenverkehr und die Nachbarn verhielten sich zuvorkommend. Dafür ist der Außenbereich sehr ruhig und idyllisch, fast paradiesisch. Das Highlight ist der private Pool mit zauberhafter Aussicht. Die Gastgeber wohnen direkt unter der Wohnung, aber das ist ein Vorteil, da es die Kommunikation sehr erleichtert. Außerdem haben sie zwei tolle Hunde. Mirko hat uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Parkmöglichkeiten gegeben, was unseren Urlaub bereichert hat. Die Wohnung hat eine ausreichende Größe und sie ist so eingerichtet, dass man sich direkt zuhause fühlt. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und die Unterkunft hat einen großen Teil dazu beigetragen.

Wow-10 days spent at Alec's villa and could have stayed longer! The age and beauty of this place makes you feel transported back in time. From the stone walls, the detailed wall paintings, furniture and decor, to the solid doors easily hundreds of years old... We spent hours just speaking of it's history. The house is clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for our family of 8. It is situated on a small family vineyard at the top of an incredibly windey road. There outdoor space was safe/secluded for my kids. The hill made for wonderful beautiful views and sunrise. However, as with much of Tuscany, we were glad our rental cars weren't too big! The closest town is 5 minutes away and has a few restaurants... Though not somewhere you can have coffee or walk the streets. About 15 minutes away is San Casciano where you can find coffee shops, restaurants, stores etc. Alec is a perfect host... helpful, responsive, and answered dozens of questions weekly. Book dinner at A Casa Mia for sure!

Giuliani is a wonderful host who made us feel as if this slice of paradise was our home, too. The location, the meticulously restored home, the views all make for the ultimate Tuscan experience. But Giuliani and her husband bring it all together with their warmth and attentiveness. It was a tough place to say goodbye to — for now. If you are looking for a Tuscan experience, this is it. And remember to ask for the hosts’ home-cooked meal. It is a culinary experience in the very best sense.

A beautiful villa with exceptional views to the hills and valley. Various oudoor areas. Private location however close to sights and amenities. Cafes and restaurants not far however not walking distance, best accessed by own car. Electric bikes were available for sightseeing. Fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. Can warmly recommend.

This Airbnb was absolutely the best. We loved it. Christina and family paid great attention to detail and were very easy to communicate with.we loved Ettore as well. It was a beautiful and comfortable retreat. My only watch out for drivers from the USA - the roads are very narrow. Apart from that everyone we met in Tuscany were really helpful and pleasant. Certainly can recommend The Old Cave.

Abbiamo passato 3 giorni fantastici nella villa di Daniele, immersa nella tranquillità della campagna toscana. Eravamo in 9 amici e la casa è stata perfetta per il nostro soggiorno: spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. La piscina e la jacuzzi esterne sono state le protagoniste delle nostre giornate di relax, mentre la sauna interna ha aggiunto un tocco speciale alle serate. Gli spazi comuni sono ampi e ben organizzati e il portico esterno è ideale per fare una grigliata. Daniele è stato un host impeccabile: sempre disponibile e attento, ci ha fatto sentire subito benvenuti. Un soggiorno che consigliamo senza esitazioni, perfetto per chi cerca pace, comfort e un bel posto dove condividere momenti con gli amici.

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe von Freunden dort und hatten einen super schönen Urlaub! Der Gastgeber Juri war sehr freundlich und hat sofort auf Fragen geantwortet. Das Haus war groß und bestens ausgestattet. Im Haupthaus und im kleineren Haus am Pool gab es jeweils eine Küche. Man kann auf der Terrasse sehr schön mit allen zusammen essen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Zum nächsten Supermarkt fährt man knappe 10min, nach Lucca ins Stadtzentrum 15min und ca. 30min nach Pisa. Für uns war die Lage perfekt. Vor Ort ist es ruhig und wir hatten keine direkten Nachbarn.

What an amazing stay! The views from the villa are spectacular, and the villa itself was immaculate. It felt so private & peaceful. We had Chef Niki come for a private dinner and a cooking class, and he was fantastic. Brunella and Giacomo were very helpful and responsive before our stay and throughout our time there. I’m already dreaming about coming back!

Leonardo, Lisa, & Nonna Sylvana all went the extra mile to make things run smoothly for us. With the welcoming torta & pizza, & the homemade lasagna a few days later, we were able to get by with very few groceries for the week. The villa & surroundings are incredible! The house is immaculate & well supplied. We didn't have a car but having one would have been nice to reach the surrounding area. We navigated the bus system that is available & it took us awhile to figure it out, but once learned, we were able to get to & from Florence. We walked to & from Impruneta which was further away than we realized. It's a bit tricky with no sidewalks, so we had to be careful. (Note: No taxis were available.) We splurged on a winery tour through Tours of Tuscany that picked us up & dropped us off at the villa, & drove us to 2 different wineries & San Gimignano. Amazing! Communication with our host was easy, very pleasant, & timely. We'd love to return & spend even more time there some day.
