Gorgeous place with an ever so chic vibe. Jane was brilliant and sourced us a travel cot with no bother. The pub in the village is gorgeous and a great little hang out spot

We had a fantastic stay at Roman House! Everything was pristine when we arrived and we were welcomed in in person. The house is fantastic! Ample space and excellent facilities. The children LOVED the cinema room! We had a fantastic evening cooking marshmallows on the fire in the garden. The garden was beautifully done and well equipped. The beds were very comfy and we all slept well.

As a hen party of 12, we had an amazing long weekend at Sally's house. There was safe and ample parking for all the whole group and we were blown away by the surroundings. The views were gorgeous and we had a lovely walk round the nearby fields and public footpaths to a great local pub. The house was spotless, and more stunning than the photos. The house felt like a home whilst also feeling luxurious and everyone loved their rooms and the communal areas. The house had so many thoughtful touches and we especially enjoyed the easy to use hot tub. Massive thank you to Sally for being a great host - responsive, helpful and allowing us early check in to decorate for the bride too. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again. Thank you so much!

I lovely place to stay, which we used as out base when walking the Rutland Round. Loved having Netflix and watched a couple of films/series in the evenings. Local supermarkets and services very convenient.

Really enjoyed our stay at Cherie's house. We couldn't fault the cleaning and everything was in very good condition (although the shower was a little bit temperamental but ultimately worked). Great kitchen. It's big plus is the location in relation to Cambridge centre. You can walk to the end of the road, cross a bridge and then it's 2 lovely parks to the city centre. Cherie was responsive and helpful. We visited on a nice weekend in May but I'd say the bedrooms are quite warm. Thank you, Cherie. We'd definitely come back.

We went for a girly weekend away and this place was perfect for that ! The place is really lovely exactly like the pictures.

Lovely house with good sized rooms and ample facilities. Clean and tidy with a full complement of bedding and towels. Loads of on site parking. Would definitely recommend. Would be good for a couples get together as well as a family visit. Perfect location for the wedding we all attended.

Lovely, peaceful weekend stay with a friend and my dog. The cottage is lovely and cosy, bed was really comfortable. The garden is really big and completely enclosed, so perfect for the dog. The main sauna wasn't working but there was a second one which was great. The sauna room is really relaxing, we stayed in there for a few hours in the afternoon, just relaxing on the chairs and nipping in and out of the steam. Lovely choice of upstairs terrace with a view of the river or the verandah or around the firepit for drinks. All in all, a lovely cottage and location.

John was very responsive and helpful- he kindly supplied BBQ equipment for our stay so that we could enjoy the patio area. There is a booklet John has put together with details of local history and recommendations. A few thoughtful drinks and snacks were waiting for us when we arrived and John was very clear in his instructions on accessing the property, so that went smoothly. Sadly we weren't around when John knocked to introduce himself, but the whole weekend was very enjoyable and peaceful. Would recommend. Very clean and homely.

A warm and welcoming space that was private without feeling isolated. If you’re looking for a way to enjoy your time at a Silverstone event without having to camp (my back would never forgive me!) then you have found the perfect place here. Only 20 mins from the circuit, but also only ~10 mins from Waitrose and Aldi - ideal! A well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a lovely shower with great pressure await you in this gorgeous little converted barn. While we weren’t lucky enough to cast our eyes on Herbert, we were extremely fortunate to have stayed with such great hosts. Questions were answered quickly and everything we needed was provided. It was a seamless experience from check in to check out which elevated our weekend. When we return to Silverstone in the future we will definitely be keeping our eye out to stay here again. If you do stay here, definitely worth taking a little drive to The Boat Inn - lovely food, great staff, and beautiful scenery! A truly wonderful stay.

Ideal for a short stay whilst working in the area. The host was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The accommodation had all that was needed and felt homely and well equipped.

Tami's place was exactly as described and a gem. Everything was there that you needed as well as extras of the pool table, games, books and music. Bed was really comfortable, great location along the river. Tami kept in communication and respo ded quickly. would definitely recommend and go back again.

Amazing lodge, very clean and had all the amenities needed. We stayed for 1 night for my husband’s birthday and the little touches were lovely. A bottle of prosecco and orange juice plus milk in the fridge, toiletries in the bathroom and robes for the hot tub! The hot tub was so nice, especially sitting inside and taking in the views! A wonderfully cosy place where we were able to truly unwind. The fully enclosed garden was perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the peaceful sounds of birds and nature. The house itself is comfortable, well-appointed, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The jacuzzi was an absolute treat – a perfect way to relax at the end of the day. We really appreciated the attention to detail, and felt right at home.

Lovely cabin in a very spacious, private setting. Cosy, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Especially enjoyed relaxing in the illuminated dome in the evening, even while the rain poured outside! Only stayed overnight, and chosen for its proximity to a number of nature reserves we were visiting, but ideally located for touring the three county area.

We had the best stay at Kite Lodge. The surroundings are absolutely stunning and the hot tub made the experience extra special. The lodge had everything we needed and the dogs are well accommodated for here too just bear in mind that the immediate garden area isn’t enclosed but that was ok for our dogs. Plenty to do in the surrounding areas all recommended by Rachel in the welcome pack. We will be recommending Rutland Hideaways to everyone!
