An excellent stay. To start with, the place is a LOT bigger than the pictures suggest! It’s decorated well and you immediately feel calm on entering. The kitchen is absolutely huge dominated by a nice island. The bedrooms are large and beds pretty comfortable. We had a great stay overall.

I stayed with my wife, daughter and son, we had a wonderful time, we walked everywhere locally. Collyweston is a great location, it is near to Rutland Water, Stamford, Burleigh Hall and a number of beautiful villages and attractions. The cottage is peaceful and quiet directly opposite the lovely local church. We couldn't have asked for a better location or a lovelier cottage. We will definitely return as we have much more to see.

As soon as we saw the Garden House we relaxed straight away, it is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful scenery and birds. Isabel’s handbook had lots of information and great instructions to walk around the estate and meet the sheep. The welcome pack was superb! Thankyou! We slept so well with the bird song waking us. We did venture out but it was great to get back to the comfort of the Garden house. I met Isabel who is a wonderful lady. We do hope to be back again Mary and David

Accommodation actually bigger than I thought...easy parking and shops close by if you don't have a car

A beautiful property that had all we could have wished for and more. Convienient and relatively peaceful surroundings, with the pub, shop and cafe just a couple of hundred yards away, yet the A14 just a few minutes away to head into Cambridge and elsewhere. The garden was fantastic for us, our two year old was taken aback by the garden house and toys which kept him well amused. The rest of the house provided us with a very comfortable stay with the odd, yet for us helpful layout.

Beautifully renovated barn with so many personal touches, everything was absolutely perfect. Nicki and Ian were wonderful hosts; warm welcome and everything we needed. Gorgeous setting with cafe and friendly pub within easy walking distance. Loved our stay and hope to return soon. Thank you for sharing your home!

This was my second time staying here. It's a lovely little apartment, feels really homely. Perfectly clean and has everything you could need. The apartment is very easy to find and check-in to. Adam is a great host, very friendly and fast to respond to messages, he goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. I will definitely be staying again!

Great little space for my short stay. I was running the Boston marathon so this was perfectly situated within minutes of the start (also meaning you can avoid queuing up for the loo, total bonus), and use the compact little kitchen area to cook up your pre-race food just as you want. Was the perfect space to chill out in.

Savio's apartment is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated which is equipped with the household essentials I need. It is located in a pleasant and quiet neighbourhood and local shops and supermarket are just across the road. Savio is friendly, considerate and responsive host, who ensures I feel at home. Our communication is clear and smooth. I really enjoy my stay and would recommend this place without hesitation.

Steven's apartment was clean and comfortable, everything you required for a pleasant stay. Also Steven went out of his way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The location was excellent for exploring the area. Would recommend staying there.

Great flat with lots of space and everything we needed, and lots of parking - easy walk into Peterborough, just what we wanted! Very good communication as well.

Wow! Gil and Philip have created a magical experience that went far beyond our expectations. The lit log wood burner on our arrival was very welcome, the animals very friendly and the added extra treats really excelled. We loved our stay and would highly recommend, whether with children, friends, or as a romantic break.

This is a lovely 3 bed apartment, really nicely decorated and the kitchen has all the little bits you need for cooking. The location is about 5-10 min walk from the shops so handy, there is private parking behind a locked gate. The area is a little untidy but safe and the apartment is immaculate. Fully recommend

James was a great host and was very good with communication ahead of our stay. He was also very welcoming and accommodating during our visit. The location of the property is great for walking into the town and it is clean, comfortable and private.

We were a family of 4 plus a labrador and the home was very spacious and light. The area was quiet and peaceful and as dog walkers, we enjoyed the local nature reserve. I would recommend Marc and his property, because communication was good and the home was spacious and clean, plus it had board games, which we enjoyed playing.

We had a lovely time at Sam's home. Myself and partner stayed with our 11 month baby, 2 year old, and 3 other family members. We all agreed that the good aspects of this home were VERY good and enabled us to have a brilliant time. The garden, pool and outdoor shower were the definite highlights of the stay. Inside the house was clean and the layout and space worked well for all 7 of us. As stated above, certain features of the stay were outstanding which is why we gave it 5 stars but there are a few aspects we felt could really take it to the next level. Not being able to flush toilet paper, electric bin not working, big crack in top landing window, bizarre food left in fridge, freezer and cupboards (beetroot in fridge, cat food in cupboards), door handle broken in downstairs bedroom leading to garden, dishwasher full on arrival, blinds not rolling down/up properly etc All things that are easily sorted and would ensure the same high standard throughout.

my wife and I stayed the at the Hay loft for a short U.K honeymoon after the wedding and we honesty were blown away with the quality of the accommodation. so many little details were thought of, from the fresh jam and bread waiting for us to the beautiful details of the accommodation itself...my wife said she could tell it was designed with a woman's touch! we thought the "honesty bar" was a really nice idea as well! All the toiletries were even high quality and we honestly couldn't have asked for better! the accommodation was also on beautiful private grounds, and my wife loved saying good morning to the sheep as we set off out for the day! we only went to 1 of the pubs close by, the bridge, but oh my goodness the food was spectacular; and right on the water! We both agreed that we'll be returning for another visit, possibly an anniversary treat. thank you so much for making our few days away that bit more special by giving us such a beautiful place to stay!

Great value for money. Joy was super responsive and proactive in communicating. The place had lots of space with very comfortable beds. Thoroughly enjoyed our time playing games, cooking and hanging out together.
