Monthly Rentals in Pettenasco

We enjoyed our week in Casa Mariaclara very much, lovely peaceful house, beautiful garden which our dog adored roaming in. Maureen was a super friendly host, we felt very welcome and communication was easy and friendly. The short walk to the local beach on Lake Orta is especially nice in the evening with the beautiful light over the lake. Pettenasco and nearby Orta San Gulio very pretty. The only fly in the ointment for us were the mosquitos, but suppose that is the same everywhere on the italian lakes... Make sure you have a good repellent when visiting. We will return, but maybe earlier in the year.

We spent a wonderful 4 days in the house. The location is awesome and the private beach is simply fantastic. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy. The house is clean and the garden with the beautiful view is awesome. We were 2 adults with 2 dogs and for us it was perfect. The dogs cannot enter the water from the private beach (water is only accessible via 2 ladders) but 10m from the house they can easily swim. The place is great for bathing with the dogs. The spiral staircase was also not feasible for our (medium-sized) dogs, but they slept upstairs in the living room without any problems and we slept downstairs in the bedroom. The house is equipped with everything you need and the recycling system is perfectly prepared by the host. Everything was very clean upon our arrival. We enjoyed our vacation here very much and will definitely come back.

The apartment was just as described, spacious, clean and well equipped. The garden and lake were even more beautiful than in the pictures and we spent most of our time relaxing and swimming in the lake. The apartment was in a great location to get the ferry around the lake (stop just next to the hotel opposite) and there are a couple of bars and a supermarket close by. The hosts were fantastic, Giorgio welcomed us and gave us great recommendations and Alice was available to contact if we needed at any time. We had a brilliant week and didn’t want to leave!

I can sincerely say that it was a genuine delight and pleasure to reside at Michaela’s & Roberta’s… The kindness they displayed was an absolute dream and I am utterly honored to have been a guest at their residence
