The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

Cá Pradella is a 18th century stone house surrounded by green fields and forests. We will be happy to host you in a 60 sqm studio apartment, equipped with bathroom, kitchen and Wi-Fi, with a separate entrance and full access to the large garden of the house. Bologna is 30' by car, 50' by bus and the Villaggio della Salute Più thermal baths are only 15' away. Breakfast is included in the price and all the products we use are organic.

The tower house is one of the two units to rent in Porcaticcio. Immersed in the woods, ideal for relaxation, outdoor sports, cultural and culinary tourism. A common swimming pool (8x4 m) was built in 2019 in the most panoramic and reserved point. Shower, deck chairs and towels available for guests. Porcaticcio is the residence of the sculptor Cornelis Rijken and his wife Gabriela, a yoga teacher.
