Our new cottage is connected to the building that is already on this plot (Apartments with mountain views in Marczyce, max. number of guests 9, area 100 sq m, ground floor, first floor, attic. Downstairs: a hallway, living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen. Upstairs: bedroom 1 - two single beds, sitting area, 8.5 sq meters balcony. Bedroom 2 - one double bed, from the bedroom entrance to the room - office or children's bedroom. Attic: 2 single beds, a seating area. The plot area is 1.5 ha.

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. Our cozy and quiet apartment is located in our family house in Lánov (Prostřední Lánov). We have a garden, right under the forest. The apartment has its own separate entrance from the other side of the house. It's pleasantly cool in the summer, and we've prepared floor heating for you this winter, so you won't be cold inside. Parking is in front of the house behind the gate on private land. For up to 2 Persons, no more kid!

The mountains are our passion. Since when…? As far back as we can remember – forever. We do not live here by accident or as a punishment, we live here out of love for nature and the beauty of the Giant Mountains landscape. This is a unique place where the diversity of colors reflected in the green meadows, the autumnal beech leaves and the red rowan berries enchants in a way that will not let you go.

Forget your worries with these spacious and serene interiors. The expansive area of a forest park with old apple trees and comfortable home furnishings with a sauna, fireplace, billiards, and hot tubs allow for wonderful relaxation and an intimate rest away from the crowds. The view of the mountains and Snow White is an extra experience. The fire pit will make every evening more attractive.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.

Thanks to its location at an altitude of 570 meters above sea level and the layout of the rooms, our house is attractive all year round. We offer a comfortable 1930s-style interior. A hot sauna awaits you in the basement.
