For the lover of peace and space. In the middle of the beautiful scenic landscape of the Westerkwartier is our farmhouse. We rent out the old chicken shed as a Bed and Breakfast. In the area you can feel free to go hiking or cycling. Directly at a junction route. Public transport and a supermarket are within cycling/walking distance. Drachten and Groningen are 15-25 minutes away by car. Leeuwarden is about 45 minutes drive. Breakfast package possible, preferably passed on before arrival.

The Westerkwartier is characterized by the beautiful scenery. The provinces of Drenthe and Friesland are just around the corner. In a half hour drive you will find the Lauwersmeer area from where the boat leaves for Schiermonnikoog. You can order a delicious breakfast via Goldenraand catering before 12 o'clock.
