Francesco’s place is beautiful and peaceful. We were welcomed with open arms. The location was easy to find and parking was convenient. The room was very clean and just like the photos. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. We loved the coffee. There is also a little store just a walk away to grab snacks. We had dinner twice at La Conca and loved it! We would recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone and hope to return someday.

We felt very comfortable. Lovingly and well thought-out accommodation with all comforts. The animals are very well cared for and tame, it was very nice to pet them❤️ The hostess was incredibly friendly and attentive and we would love to come back. Restaurant recommendation: Osteria Etruria...very tasty and super nice and romantic. Buy olive oil at the cooperative in Buti.

Andrea's house is a little out of the way, the street is not very visible and dark at night. However, the apartment is really nice, as described, tidy, cleanliness, nothing is missing. The guys had fun in the pool and on the lawn. Very well maintained. There is a supermarket nearby but you need a car to get around, there is nothing else. An area full of beautiful hiking trails. A few kilometers away you can reach Lucca, Pisa, Viareggio, Monte Carlo. We were warmly welcomed by Erinda and upon arrival we found local specialties and fresh water. Not everyone! The hosts were very discreet. Very quiet area. Impeccable bathrooms like all the rest. Unfortunately, we only stayed for a few days. Rating 10. We highly recommend.

Our stay at the B&B Sottomonte was simply fantastic. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Adam, the host - you immediately feel at home. Adam was not only incredibly friendly, but also extremely helpful: he gave us great tips for excursions, restaurants and hidden highlights in the area that made our vacation really special. The house itself is beautifully located - in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, quiet and idyllic. Our room was lovingly furnished, very clean and comfortable. We particularly liked the breakfast - fresh, regional and prepared with love. Sottomonte is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the real Tuscan way of life. We would have liked to stay longer and will definitely come back. Thank you, Adam, for this unforgettable time!

I really liked the welcome from Marta but also from her family, who were very friendly and respectful of my comings and goings. Very large room, well organized and very clean, as is the bathroom. In addition, as I had my bike, I went for a walk in the paths next door and visited Lucques (4km), it is the advantage of Marta's house which is really well located. I hope to return because this place is pleasant for its tranquility and proximity to Lucca, Pisa, Pontedera (Piaggio museum). Another point, the decoration of the house.
