The 160-m² (1,722-sq-ft) apartment on the upper floor has three lovingly furnished double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, a separate toilet, and a covered balcony. Hand towels, shower towels, and bed linens are provided.

Our charming townhouse from the 19th century is in the heart of the Middle Franconian small town of Lauf a.d. Pegnitz right next to the historic Wenzelschloss. It combines old sandstone walls with an urban lifestyle. In the immediate walking distance is the city center with good shopping, top restaurants and cafes. In about 25 minutes you can reach the city center of Nuremberg, the airport or the Nuremberg fairgrounds. The hiking paradise of Franconian Switzerland is also not too far away.

The guesthouse of the villa Alfeld, completed in 2024, is idyllically situated in the middle of the beautiful village of Alfeld in the Nuremberg region. The location of the accommodation, away from the main road with its south-facing orientation, offers you peace and relaxation at all times.
