La jolie "Canadienne", très confortable, est en première ligne plein sud face à l'océan. C'est un endroit sauvage et calme en bord de mer, sur une parcelle de 2200m2 plantée de pins centenaires surplombant la mer entre Sainte Marguerite de Pornichet et le bourg de Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule et Saint Nazaire à 10'). Que ce soit dans le salon, dans la cuisine, sous la douche ou au fond de votre lit, vous verrez la mer ! Un escalier privé vous mènera à une jolie crique très peu fréquentée.

L'emplacement central de cette maison favorise le "tout à pied" (plages, port de plaisance, marché, commerces, terrain multisport ...). La piscine (9 X 3) au sel est chauffée d’avril à octobre et n’est que pour vous ! Pour profiter dès votre arrivée, les lits sont faits. Le linge de maison est fourni avec tout le nécessaire d'entretien. A découvrir (ou redécouvrir) : la citée médiévale de Guérande, les marais salants, la Baule ... mais aussi les îles en départ immédiat depuis le port.

Nous vous accueillons dans une petite maison de 40 m2 devant la nôtre (séparées par une terrasse de 8 à 10m). Vous logerez dans une grande pièce confortablement aménagé, donnant sur une terrasse à votre disposition (nous ne l'utilisons pas lors de votre présence, hors nettoyage/arrosage), avec couchage sur mezzanine. Salle de douche, lavabo et WC séparée. Le chauffage électrique est complété par un poêle à bois (bois fourni) .
