My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

Heerlijk verblijf gehad op een mooie locatie. De familie is erg aardig, de kinderen zijn lief, goeie tips gehad van Tessa, alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig en schoon.

We had a great stay at this house in Pisa! The location made commuting around the city really easy, and the host was very flexible and accommodating. Perfect spot for a family trip—comfortable, clean, and convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Wie auch die anderen Gäste waren wir rundum zufrieden und wurden unglaublich herzlich empfangen. Es ist eine ganz wundervolle Familie. In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden was man zum gut leben und für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen bekommen und uns total wohl gefühlt. Francesco ist ein sehr charmanter, hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, mit dem wir nette Gespräche hatten. Ganz besonders toll fanden wir die Fürsorge für Kinder. Unser Kind liebte die bereit gestellten Spielzeuge, den grossen Garten und die Katzen. Ganz klare Empfehlung.

Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

It was special treat to be welcomed by Laura when we arrived. She was a great hostess. We felt very comfortable in the spacious surroundings which included an outdoor terrace with expansive views across the Garfagnana valley. As we didn't have a car we walked into Barga which is about 20 minutes. Barga offers shops, restaurants and art galleries. I found lots of opportunities to do some painting around the old town and walks to nearby villages. We loved Barga and are keen to return.

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Wir waren für knapp drei Wochen mit unserer 10 Monate alten Tochter in der Wohnung von Franco und Gracia und hatten eine großartige Zeit dort. Das Haus liegt günstig für Ausflüge im Norden der toscana, gleichzeitig aber ruhig und friedlich an einem Berg in der Natur; man hat einen tollen Blick und einen tollen Garten! Die Wohnung selber ist genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben; gemütlich, mit ausreichendem Platz und einer wirklich gut ausgestatteten Küche. Mit dem eigenen Garten hat man viel privaten Raum. Franco und seine Frau waren herausragende Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Auch die Anweisungen, um die Wohnung zu erreichen, waren klar und verständlich. Einziger kleiner Nachteil an der tollen Lage am Berg ist, dass man schlecht zu Fuß (gerade mit Kinderwagen) von dort wegkommt, sondern immer mit dem Auto fahren muss. Insgesamt sind wir absolut zufrieden und können diesen Geheimtipp voll und ganz empfehlen; wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub

Es war für uns als kleine Familie mit einem kleinkind ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Unsere Tochter liebte das Haus und die Umgebung. Trotz kurzen Aufenthalt fühlten sich die Tage wie zwei Wochen Ferien an. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Die Gastgeberin war proaktiv und hat uns in allem was wir benötigt hatten unterstützt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können es wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

We zijn 5 nachten op dit prachtige adres geweest. Heel dicht bij San Gimignano maar toch met een rustige ligging. Prachtig uitzicht op het Toscaanse landschap én op San Gimignano. De ruimte was erg netjes en schoon, in het echt was het nog beter dan op de foto’s. Roberto en zijn vrouw waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en onderhouden de locatie en de tuin erg goed. We hebben een top verblijf gehad en hopen hier eens terug te komen!

Das Inserat der Unterkunft bietet bei weitem nicht die wunderschöne Landschaft der Unterkunft ab! Es gibt zig versteckte Plätze im Garten, in denen man entspannen kann. Am besten gefiel uns die tägliche Radfahrt nach Lucca mit den von Anita bereitgestellten Fahrrädern. Call me by your name Szenen in real life! Ebenfalls toll war die Nähe zum Strand Marina di Vecchiano, welcher als Art Geheimtipp gilt im Vergleich zu den überlaufenen Stränden bei Viareggio. Der Grill der Unterkunft eignet sich perfekt für ein gemütliches Barbecue, wenn man genug von Pizza und Pasta hat. Die Küche reicht vollkommen aus um sich mittags jegliche Gericht zu zaubern. Außerdem gibt es eine Dartscheibe, mit welcher man sich gut die Nachmittage vertreiben kann. Die einzigen Nachteile waren für uns: Der Pool war leider etwas niedrig mit 1,10m. Die Gegend hat eine leichte Mückenplage, wobei Anita uns Material zur Verfügung stellte um dem entgegenzuwirken. Alles in allem eine wunderbare Unterkunft!!

Wir waren mit unserem Ferienhaus von Stefania sehr zufrieden. Toller, weitläufiger, uneinsehbarer Garten mit vielen Olivenbäumen. Pergola mit Sitzecke lädt zum verweilen ein. Auch die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft war ausgesprochen gut. Die Betten bzw. Matratzen waren sehr bequem und die Schlafzimmer schön eingerichtet. Stefania hat uns mit vielen Tipps und Empfehlungen versorgt. Sie hat für uns auch zweimal einen Tisch in der nahe gelegenen Osteria di Valgiano gebucht. Tolles Essen zu einem günstigen Preis mit tollem Blick über Lucca. Auf Fragen hat Stefania schnell und freundlich reagiert. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und kommen bestimmt wieder!

We had an unforgettable stay at this villa for our bachelorette getaway! The host was incredibly responsive and made everything smooth from start to finish. The views were absolutely breathtaking — even better than in the pictures! The villa had everything we needed to set the perfect atmosphere: fully stocked kitchen with plates and glasses, plenty of towels, and thoughtful details throughout. We loved picking fresh lemons from the garden and finding peaceful spots around the property to read and relax. It’s incredibly private and serene — the perfect escape. While the drive-up can be a bit tricky at first, it quickly becomes second nature and is well worth it.This place exceeded all of our expectations. Highly, highly recommend — we'd come back in a heartbeat!

What an amazing stay! The views from the villa are spectacular, and the villa itself was immaculate. It felt so private & peaceful. We had Chef Niki come for a private dinner and a cooking class, and he was fantastic. Brunella and Giacomo were very helpful and responsive before our stay and throughout our time there. I’m already dreaming about coming back!

Paco was super friendly and very accommodating! I have stayed at MANY Airbnb’s and I think he’s been the kindest and most responsive host I have ever had. I will definitely miss the apartment in Pisa!

Ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Caterina è sempre stata presente e ci ha dato indicazioni precise e con talmente tanta cura che pensiamo veramente sia uno dei migliori host incontrati fino a questo momento. La casa è deliziosa, arredata con gusto e con tutto ciò che occorre dal dormire al mangiare. Infine la doccia è veramente bella: ampia e comoda, ci si sente in un resort più che in una casa. I dintorni sono pieni di vita e si è appena fuori dalla folla che inizia a 5 minuti a piedi da casa. Per riposarsi è veramente ciò che ci vuole. Consigliato veramente tanto!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Christines sehr sauberem und authentischen Haus sehr genossen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, die Aussicht phantastisch. Christine hatte uns zur Begrüßung Blumen hingstellt und die gesame Zeit innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Hilfe brauchten. Das Haus liegt in einem abgelegenen, nur teilweise bewohnten jahrhundertealten Bergdorf. Wer in die Umstände einer anderen Zeit eintauchen will und Ruhe und Natur liebt, der ist hier goldrichtig! Vielen Dank Christine, dass du dieses Ferienhaus führst und pflegst!

Eine tolle Wohnung an einem ganz besonderen Ort! Wir haben die Ruhe und den wunderschönen Garten sehr genossen. Jacobo war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns mit allem versorgt was wir brauchten und tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen komfortabel, das Bett super und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir waren viel auf der schönen Terasse und haben den Blick in den Garten und das Zwitschern der Vögel genossen. Es gibt eine coole Hängematte zum Entspannen im Garten. Die Lage ist gut um Pisa, Lucca und Florenz zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es sehr nette kleinere Orte in der Umgebung. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit bei Lena. Die Apartments sind sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und der Blick beim Frühstück über die Toskana ist einfach atemberaubend schön. Wer die Chance hat bei Lena und ihren geliebten 4 Beinern zu übernachten - wird sich gleich wie zu Hause fühlen und eine wunderbare , ganz besondere Zeit haben, sodass man am Ende gar nicht mehr abreisen möchte.

We had a wonderful stay at Fabios place and were able to wind down perfectly. The house is located in a beautiful small village, perfect for relaxing and getting away from big city trouble. Fabio is a great host, we felt really welcomed and had exactly the vacation we hoped for. Thanks !

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit! Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten die grandiose Terrasse jeden Tag nutzen. Sonst wäre uns das Apartment zu zweit wahrscheinlich doch zu klein gewesen. Danke auch für den netten Empfang mit Wein und Snacks und schönen Tips für die Umgebung! Es war sehr heiß die Tage, die Klimaanlage war uns zu laut zum schlafen, aber nachts konnte man gut durchlüften. Die Wohnung, die Terrasse, der Blick auf die Dächer, die entspannte Nachbarschaft - eine tolle Atmosphäre. Wir hatten viel Spaß beim Ausflug zum Canyon Park, nach Lucca und zum Meer. Einzig den Pflanzen auf der Terrasse wünschen wir bessere Pflege. Diese waren vollkommen vertrocknet bei unserer Ankunft. Eine klare Gießanleitung auch für die Gäste wären sicher hilfreich (Plastikpflanzen sind beim Charme der Wohnung und der Terrasse auch keine Lösung). Es gibt keine Nachttischlampen, weder unten noch oben. Für alle die nur didital lesen kein Problem. Wir hoffen wir können noch einmal wieder kom

Annalisa and her property were just wonderful! The apartment could not be better located as it is in a small private plaza right off of the tower of Pisa. It was very clean and we felt right at home. My family of five was very comfortable and I highly recommend this apartment!
