Cosy 5th floor studio conveniently situated opposite place/marché d’Aligres, on the border between the 11th and 12th arrondissements. The space comprises a double bed and wardrobe, a bureau corner (table, chair, books etc.), and an equipped kitchenette with microwave, oven, hob, kettle, washing machine etc. Electric heater. Bathroom with mineral-filter shower, electric WC and basin + mirror. Short walk from both Gare de Lyon and Ledru-Rollin metro stations. Note: no WiFi and no elevator.

Small bright studio in the heart of Paris

This small studio is warm and filled with lots of little bits of history. It is quite central, bright overlooking the rooftops of Paris and optimized with a double bed that rises to the ceiling. It has all the amenities because it is inhabited outside of rental periods and I leave the basics for cooking, hygiene, wifi, etc. Passionate about theater, sports and culture, I would be happy to recommend a place or a play to see.
