Excellent stay! House with 3 fairly large bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a very nice large terrace, overlooking the golf course. There is also a beautiful terrace upstairs, accessible from the children's room. The house is well-equipped, there is everything you need in the kitchen, there are board games, outdoor games and books for young and old, very nice! We are a 10-minute walk from Moliets beach and its activity area (shops, bars, restaurants). The center of the village is 5 minutes away by car. Bike and golf rental close to the house. The residence is quiet and pleasant. We recommend 100%:)

Charming and very comfortable apartment, very well-equipped, very close to the beach, ideal for two people! Very appreciable and also practical the few items already present in the apartment (oil, vinegar, toilet paper etc.) that you don't necessarily want to buy when you stay very little time. Samuel was an equally charming host, extremely responsive (when we arrived, he warned us that there was a problem with the toilet and the next morning a plumber came to fix the problem) and accommodating on the departure time. Samuel also gave us plenty of recommendations on things to see or do in the area. In short, we highly recommend it!

The furniture is a little rustic but we didn't mind 😉 it's missing a little storage if you are 6 people ^^ but a little organization and it will be doable The beds are comfortable and can accommodate up to 6 people (4 small beds of 1 people and a bed for 2 people) In addition, the one who takes care of the building of the residence is super friendly! You will also have the opportunity to enjoy an indoor pool, another outdoor, gym with elliptical bike, carpet.. cardio equipment and the beach is literally 8min walk! Very refreshing and would highly recommend it!
