Marian’s home is lovely and we truly enjoyed our stay. The photos don’t do justice to the spacious rooftop patio where we enjoyed sunning. Everything needed for beach days from towels to umbrellas is provided. Highly recommend staying at Marian’s!

For a group of 6 this was perfect! Great location with stunning views, and easy access to the beach. The steps are not for the weak! Fab host, always very proactive and accommodating, couldn’t recommend enough! A tad noisy at times due to some minor renovation next door, but no complaints at all! Perfect overall

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Fornells. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy comfortably. We didn't miss a thing. The location is unbeatable, close to the town center and areas with spectacular views. In addition, the host's service was excellent, very kind, attentive and always willing to help. Definitely a place we'd love to go back to. Highly recommended!

We had a great vacation with my son. The season had not yet started at the end of April so it was very quiet and we were able to enjoy the paddle court and the pool area. A beautiful beach was nearby about 3 minutes to walk. The accommodation is even better in real life than in the photos. A little attention was there when we arrived which I enjoyed very much. Gabriele was very responsive to my messages and gave me lots of recommendations. I had an issue with my rental car and fortunately it helped me. It was a great vacation. If I come back to Menorca I would go back with my eyes closed!!

we are just back from an extremely enjoyable week in Carlo's villa. it was just as the photos showed it. a lovely house that we felt right at home in from the get go. the pool and gardens were excellent. peaceful, not overlooked and the pool was cleaned twice while we were there. we barbecued on the patio and enjoyed our evenings there. kitchen was full of everything we needed and the lounge even had a record player. perfect. beds comfy. water hot. we thought it was a great location as a base. there's a hotel across the road for nightcaps. we walked to the beach at Punta Prima. had an excellent meal at Bambu. loved the bakery cafe at Cala Torret. even though we hired a car for explorering there is an excellent taxi service based out of Sant Lluis that Carlo gave us the number for. they were super quick and reliable and took us to Ciutadella and Mahon. we would definitely stay here again if we were ever visiting this part of Menorca. This house is in a wonderful location just a few steps from a pristine sandy beach. It is perfect for families and groups of friends. The house is extremely well equipped, with everything you need for a carefree stay. Prado was extremely helpful and very accommodating, we had a wonderful holiday and were sad to leave. We will definitely return soon The 4 bathrooms are great and there was lovely shower gel and shampoo. The balcony is perfect for el fresco dining with a lovely large table and beautiful lounge furniture we enjoyed listening to the sound of the waves, There is a lovely restaurant just a few minutes away which I would highly recommend, Viva La Pepe And there is a walkable supermarket for fresh bread, The Kayak is a great addition and we had great fun exploring the coves. The house is both spacious and private, One of the best places I have stayed in. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this villa enough, the photographs do not do it justice- it felt much more spacious than in the pictures. We were a group of 6 adults and 1 baby and this had everything we could have needed and more! Odile was very responsive to my questions and even accommodated a slightly earlier check-in (we had a very early flight and a 6 month old baby), despite having been rented out beforehand. The rooms were large, airy and spotlessly clean. The decor was very tasteful. The outside space was fantastic with a larger pool than we have had before in villas. We spent most of our time outside when we were there and it was great to have options. We especially loved that we could walk to a lovely beach and shops and restaurants. We wanted a relaxing family holiday and that is exactly what we got. Having never been to Menorca before, we already plan to return and wouldn’t hesitate to book this villa again (in fact, I think I would be disappointed to go anywhere else now!).

A very good stay in an apartment located close to the city center, the port and which allows easy and quick access to the beaches. I recommend it to discover and enjoy Ciutadella with friends or family!

Very clean accommodation, very clean pool. Very well equipped. Very nice terrace with a magnificent view. Very quiet place. Very well decorated accommodation and even more beautiful than in the photos.

Everything was very good. We had a problem with the washing machine, Miguel was pending at all times until the problem was resolved. The house is very nice, beautiful view. Highly recommended

The apartment is just as it looks in the photos. It is in a very quiet development with very well-preserved common areas and the pool was never very crowded. The apartment has everything you need for a family vacation, we didn't miss anything. You can walk to the beach, which is beautiful and very quiet. There are also good restaurants in the area. In short, we had a wonderful week and we will definitely repeat.

Firstly the view from the balcony and bedroom is simply amazing! Looking out the balcony everyday made the stay even better! The apartment had everything needed for a short or long term stay. Belky and her husband were such welcoming hosts who even picked me up from the bus stop! I can't thank them enough for such a warm welcome and extremely comfortable stay. Belkys communication was amazing and made everything really easy. There was flexibility with checking out so I got to enjoy the view just a little longer. I will 100% be booking again, such a cute home away from home!

Elena has provided us with a great holiday apartment. It was nice and the view was beautiful. She also supplied us with extra items such as a cot and blanket. This was very nice for our son. Thank you for the nice contact and providing a pleasant accommodation for our vacation.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Manuel’s place is very well equipped and, although on the smaller side, it offered plenty of space for three adults and our 5-month-old. The terrace is beautiful—especially in the evenings—and the pool is a great size and depth, and was often empty when we wanted to use it. What really makes this place stand out is Manuel’s attention to detail and thoughtful touches. He provided us with a fantastic list of activities, local beaches, and restaurant recommendations, which made exploring so easy. The local beach just a few minutes’ drive away ended up being our favourite of all the places we visited—plenty of space and very relaxing. I’d highly recommend staying here. We’d love to come back!

The house and Guillermo were fantastic. We stayed here for a week, four adults and a baby, and it was a perfect fit. We wished we could have stayed longer! We were especially impressed by the wonderful welcome. We arrived at the house at 12:30 a.m., and Guillermo personally welcomed us anyway. He had brought us water, fruit, and snacks, and we couldn't have felt more at home from the very first minute. Thank you for the wonderful week!

We had a great time in this very clean apartment. The panoramic view is fantastic and the apartment is really as in the photos. The location is perfect, the amenities incl. The washing machine and dryer are wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. The fresh scent of the bed linen and towels was another plus. We would recommend this apartment to everyone and would be happy to come back.

Everything was perfect. Gemma is very polite and responds quickly. Great location. Everything you need for a week-long stay was available. Also, for us it was an advantage that there was a crib crib. Checkin / checkout went smooth. We were able to get in in the morning and Gemma was also very flexible when we left.

We had a great stay for 9 nights with our 3 year old toddler recently. The apartment was beautiful, in a quiet area of the town, walking distance to beach, supermarket and restaurants. There were so many conveniences to the apartment, toys for kids, large garden with sun loungers and other furniture to sit, things for the beach etc, everything has been well thought out to provide a relaxing space after a long ( hot ! ) day exploring. The apartment is suitable for anyone, but if you have kids, you would struggle to find a more perfect place to stay in the area. We will definitely be returning! And Thanks Andrea and Vick, you were great hosts and was lovely to meet you. This was an air bnb done right!

Apartment in a great location, 4 min walk to the water! A swimming pool open at all times. Shop next door. The host is super responsive before and during the rental. Accommodation identical to the photos, super nice, there is everything you need. I would recommend it without a second thought! A great view when you wake up
