Located on the outskirts and already in the middle of beautiful nature, we cordially invite you to a relaxing vacation in our holiday nest plus! Well-being, relaxing, slowing down, chilling, hiking, fishing, everything is possible here. The reservoir is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Around the lake you can experience untouched nature. The Elster Cycle Trail connects Saxony and Thuringia along the reservoir dam. The town of Elsterberg with all shopping can be reached in 3 minutes driving.

Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Die 120 m² große Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder / Jugendliche) und zusätzlich 2 Babys / Kleinkinder. Bei Buchung von mehr als 4 Erwachsenen (max. 6) fallen Zusatzgebühren in Höhe von 10,- € pro Person und Nacht an. Diese werden im Nachhinein über Airbnb abgerechnet.

This apartment is suitable for a maximum of 5 people, 1 double bed and 2 separate box spring beds in 2 bedrooms. For a 5th person there is an extra bed. Blackout curtains allow you to sleep more soundly. There is a modern bathroom with shower. Parking directly on the property. There is a terrace, and if the weather is right you can also eat outside. The tram stops just a 4-minute walk away, and the center is a 15-minute walk away. The apartment has its own access.

In the living room, there is an Alexa for background music and the TV is also smart.
