Ferienhaus mit Garten für 4 Personen. Im EG wartet ein Wohn-/Essbereich mit Kamin und SMART-TV auf euch sowie eine komplett ausgestattete Einbauküche und ein Gäste-WC. Im DG stehen 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 1 Doppelbett und SMART-TV, ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank sowie ein Bad mit WC, Waschtisch und Dusche bereit. Der Garten bietet eine Südterrasse, einen ganzjährig beheizten Outdoor-Whirlpool, eine Fass-Sauna, eine Gartendusche (von April bis Oktober), einen Schuppen sowie 2 PKW-Stellplätze.

50 meters from the lake with a great courtyard

The half-timbered courtyard was lovingly renovated in 2023 and has 5 stylish apartments. It is located on a quiet street in the island town of Malchow, 50 meters from a beautiful jetty, so the lake landscape is right outside the front door. Our courtyard is the heart and meeting place for our guests. Here and in the beautiful garden you can relax, barbecue, play table tennis. In 800 m you are at the harbor with a swing bridge and many good restaurants, boat and bike rentals.

In the first row, directly on Lake Plauer, lies the vacation home "MarthaSee" with unobstructed, magnificent panoramic views of the lake. In a minute you are at or in the water and can enjoy the lake. Opposite the property is a petting zoo for the little ones. Nearby you can rent bicycles, boats or canoes. Restaurants are within walking distance. Adjacent to the property is the 55-kilometer-long, often natural, idyllic bike and lakeside path around the lake.

Lake breeze vacation home

Our vacation home is located on the northern shore of Lake Plauer, with direct access to the lake. Cycling and hiking routes run along the lake. The unique natural landscape is very impressive and offers beautiful views of the Plauer. The nearest town is Alt Schwerin. It is a small village and has an agricultural museum, a shopping oasis with a bakery, restaurants and a jetty for steamboat trips, which can also be easily explored by bike.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

The ideal apartment for large families, groups of friends, seminars. Enjoy a great view from one of your two spacious balconies on the first floor and in the attic. Here you have plenty of space: two bedrooms with king-size double bed, two shower rooms and two living rooms with sofa bed. Bright, light-flooded, lovingly designed rooms. You have your own boat, we have the jetty.

Quiet apartment in Malchow

We rent a cozy 40 sqm apartment on the western outskirts of Malchow (Meckl.). It is an ideal base for exploring the Mecklenburg Lake District. For this purpose, two 28-inch bicycles with coaster brakes are also available if needed. Shopping and sports facilities, a cinema and a swimming area are 300 meters away. There is currently still a daily tourist tax of 1.50/2.00 euros per person.

They invite you to hikes, sightseeing, bike tours, great swimming, boating and fishing trips and much more.

Elegant apartment overlooking Lake Plau

The apartment in the Mecklenburg Lake District is about 500 m from Lake Plauer and 700 m from the beach. The former hunting lodge of an Estonian baron is located on a 5000 m² property, very naturally directly on the nature reserve forest, in the small village of Suckow, a district of Zislow.
