Access to rural road at the door of the complex. It is part of a private estate with 4 independent houses.

Las Casas de La Rueda (The Wheel Houses) - El Patio

Located on the southern slope of the island, in the volcanic caldera of Tirajana, an idyllic place. The view opens 360° to the palm groves of the valley and the volcanic peaks. It has a heated and salt-treated swimming pool with a waterfall. It is on a property next to another vacation home for two people. Both houses are completely independent and have their own entrances and services, with parking and the pool being the only shared areas. Therefore, privacy is guaranteed.

Ocean blue 405

Great flat at 3th floor( 4th real )of a retro building in second line of beach. No lift as this is a residential building and lifts are not common in this area and only required from 5th floor. Amazing sea view and just 1 min walk to the promenade and beach at lower level. The flat is completely new with air conditioning ( not usual here) due too high expensive electricity rent prices are little bit higher. Attractive and family Bungalow in MASPALOMAS

Comfortable and elegant Bungalow next to the International Golf Course of MASPALOMAS and Tenis-Padel Center. It has just been renovated and has all the amenities for the enjoyment of our guests. The bungalow can comfortably accommodate 4 people in completely separate bedrooms. It has a total of 50m2 with a private garden at the entrance. The terrace has a private atmosphere, with a decoration and illumination very cozy and romantic to spend special nights.

Tasarte beach coastal house

Old coastal house of fishermen and farmers of the area, built in 1948 and restored in 2013. It is located on the beachfront of Tasarte Beach, within the Nublo Rural Park. It can accommodate 6 people and has a master bedroom with a bathroom, two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a laundry room. Terrace with solarium, barbecue, oven, sink and shower. It also has a washing machine, dryer, and hot water. Parking next to the house.
