Sastoji se od dvije spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima, kupaonom s kadom i tuš kabinom, wc-om, dnevnim boravkom, kuhinjom s blagovaonom te terasom od 11m2. Stan je u potkrovlju obiteljske kuće te je moderno uređen. Enjoy this unique and newly decorated apartment, 600 m from the first beach on foot. The apartment is located on a hill. It is divided into two separate units, each of which is about 40 square meters in size. They do not have internal communication, so it is suitable for a vacation for couples/friends or families with older children, where everyone has their own privacy. The facilities are connected by an outdoor covered terrace. Most markets are 10-15 min walk from the apartment.

This facility is located in Crikvenica, in the sunny Kvarner region of Croatia. It has three apartments, and this unit is on the first floor. To reach the beach, which is only 320m away, you will be the fastest on foot. The accommodation has WI-Fi and air conditioning.
