The villa is located in a secluded area and is about 200 meters from the village It consists of an indigenous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part, which is dominated by large glass surfaces that connect the interior of the house with the exterior. In the old part of the house there is a bedroom, and in the new part there is a living room with a kitchen and a large bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. There are eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables at your disposal.

Apartment Bruno is located in Crikvenica, 200 m from the sea and beach, 50 m from the restaurant, 100 m from the grocery store, 700 m from the city center. For max. 10 persons, situated on 3 etages: 1st, middle and 2nd floor. 1st floor: kitchen+dining area, bedroom, bathroom, terrace front and side. Middle floor: bedroom and a bathroom 2nd floor: bedroom with balcony, bedroom with terrace and sea view. Air conditions (dining room and all bedrooms), WiFi, washing machine, grill, private parking.

Villa Bell'Aria is situated in a quiet location surrounded by nature and at the same time only a short drive away from the famous coastal town of Crikvenica. With a total of 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside, a private pool invites you for a refreshment during hot summer days. The pool can be heated on guest request, with additional fee. The area with sun loungers is most of the day in the shade and offers a breathtaking view of the picturesque landscape - pure relaxation!

The stay of one pet is allowed with an extra charge of 10 euros per day.
