I recommend it because it is a very clean apartment, a beautiful, well-decorated space with small touches, well arranged. very quiet place and well located geographically.

Charming house in a quiet location. Close to Dinan and Dinard. Well-equipped, clean, impeccable bedding and responsive host. There were small attentions on our arrival, very pleasant.

Sometimes when you book from photographs, reality can be somewhat different. This cottage was exactly what we expected. Mina warned us about the bells on the church but you could barely hear them inside the cottage. Mina was very helpful, not that we had many questions to ask. A beautiful cottage for two in the heart of a beautiful village. Good local amenities, sadly the village store was closed for the duration of our stay. We did make good use of the Boulangerie and the bars/restaurants however. We felt our holiday in St. Suliac was as near perfect as it’s possible to get. Thank you Mina.

We really loved our stay at this clean and cozy place! Check-in instructions were given ahead of time and was clear. Once we stepped into the house, we were so happy to see that it was exactly as what the photos showed. We immediately wished that we had booked it for a few more days, too bad our schedule did not allow for it! More importantly, Geoffroy and Pauline had been so helpful in the entire process. I had left a treasured item at their place after check out and I really appreciated the assurance, quality service and effort they made to ensure I received my item. Couldn’t thank them enough! Very comfortable and well located on quiet residential street a short level walk from the main St Malo train station and a 20 minute level walk to the touristic old town. Francoise has thought of everything to make her guests stay comfortable and easy. The apartment is extremely well supplied and equipped and we loved to have use of the outdoor courtyard. Francoise communicates very well and was there to check us in and give advice about St Malo when she said she would be. We would definitely stay in her apartment again.

The accommodation is ideally located a few steps from the sea and its typical Breton beaches. It is ultra functional and tastefully decorated. Laure is very responsive and will kindly advise you on existing activities in the region. I would highly recommend it.

We immediately felt comfortable in the cozy apartment! Check-in was flexible and easy. Florence was always available, but also proactively asked if we needed anything else. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful garden, where we had breakfast almost every day. The apartment has a great location in the center of the city, which is beautiful. We had a great vacation and can absolutely recommend the apartment.

We had a few unforgettable days. The apartment is extremely tastefully furnished and very well equipped. The quality of the bed and terry linen is that of an upscale hotel. When we arrived, everything was well prepared, there was even a bottle of water and milk in the fridge, some coffee capsules and everything you need for a short stay (detergent, toilet paper, etc.) Murielle is an extremely attentive and warm hostess. She provided us with excellent excursion tips and restaurant recommendations, which turned out to be absolutely accurate. My recommendation: book if it's free! We will do it again!

We stayed at Odette's for a week. Laure and her team were very welcoming and gave us a lot of advice and recommendations, we thank them. We had a wonderful week and felt at home in this beautiful apartment, very well equipped, modern and very well located facing the sea with private access to the beach. (Note the very comfortable bedding and pillow, which is appreciable) the balcony is a big plus. We recommend and will not fail to book this apartment for a future stay in Saint Malo.

Beautiful accommodation furnished with quality and decorated with great taste. Located at the foot of the port of Dinan, the setting is ideally located between the calm of the water and the effervescence of the restaurants a few dozen meters away. The outdoor areas are also very pleasant for lunch or relaxing breaks. We would recommend it in a second.

A very nice accommodation in a very nice environment. Spacious, bright, with multiple amenities, and quality. The area is very quiet and the private parking space is a plus. Numerous visits and activities nearby or further away. We were delighted with this cottage. Very good communication with the owners. We recommend it for 2, and even for 4. For us, it is one of the best cottages we have rented.

We had a great stay in Erquy in Pascale's beautiful apartment. The apartment was perfectly equipped, clean, comfortable, and nothing was missing. (apart from WiFi, however my partner and I did not need it) — Pascale even thought of different small attentions beyond the necessary. She was very responsive, warm and caring, even taking the time to write to us to make sure we arrived safely. Thank you so much for the great hospitality! My partner and I highly recommend them. The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience to the terrace with a lot of opposite but overall we are very satisfied!

Very nice apartment with a superb view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we will come back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the very practical box. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.

Beautiful apartment located close to the beach for beautiful walks and not far from Intramuros. We did everything on foot. There is all the equipment available for babies. Marie Claire made herself available for the key handover despite our train delay!

Olivier’s apartment was very well appointed, spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious. It was very good to be near the greenway and to be able to walk to a lovely beach. The parking in a secure car park in the basement was a bonus.

This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment, very clean and spacious and is extremely well equipped and beautifullly decorated. Clément was fabulous. We couldn't find the apartment and he walked down in roasting sunshine, to meet us! He gave us a tour of the apartment and explained about the area. The wrap around balcony is perfect for views of Dinard and St Malo, it's very tranquil and relaxing.
