This is a studio with two guest rooms, daylight bathroom, kitchen and dining area as well as a roof terrace with gas barbecue. The studio is in our house, you have your own privacy. More information on request. Fresh towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper as well as coffee capsules and etc. Fresh flowers, chocolate, mineral water and fruit are available to welcome you. Time out from everyday life in our historic accommodation. Idyllic secluded location on the edge of the forest. A car is needed as there is no connection to public transport. Wiehl center is about 3 km away with various shops, bakeries and restaurants. Heating is provided by radiators connected to our heat pump, which is powered by green electricity. The vacation home is about 90 square meters and can accommodate 2-6 people, spread over 3 bedrooms. On the first floor is the modern furnished living-dining room with open kitchen, a pellet fireplace, a bedroom and the shower room. The kitchen offers all amenities with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and toaster. On the upper floor, there is a large bedroom with panoramic windows and an extra sofa bed. The 2 single beds in the anteroom can be built together to form a 160 bed

Apartment Broche, vacation from everyday life

Cozy apartment since September 2017 in a very quietly located former farmhouse on the edge of the forest. If you are looking for hustle and bustle, you will not find it here. However, if you want to switch off and are looking for relaxation, you have come to the right place. Certified by the DTV with 3 stars. If desired, the refrigerator (for a fee) can be filled. In the garden there is a spacious garden house, which we also make available to our guests by arrangement.

The spacious accommodation is suitable for families, friends or couples. The house is located in a quiet residential area. The forest and the golf course (with public restaurant) are 2 minutes by foot. The Ruhr Valley Cycle Trail leads through Neheim-Hüsten, making it ideally suited for cyclists as a stopover. There is a lot to explore by car within half an hour, such as the Sorpe and Möhnetal dams, the old town of Arnsberg and also the historic town of Soest.

Cozy like 30 years ago! It offers a living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms with TEMPUR mattresses, sofa bed in the living room & a bunk bed, so it can accommodate 5-6 guests. The 2 terraces & the garden invite you to linger with a wonderful view.
