Dans un petit hameau très calme entre Dinan (20 mn) et Saint Malo (15 mn), le gîte est un studio totalement indépendant sur notre propriété. Accessible par un escalier et sans vis à vis, il dispose d’un jardin privatif, lui aussi sans aucun vis à vis, avec table et chaises, parasol, table basse, transats, barbecue. La piscine, chauffée à 28 degrés, est ouverte du 22 juin au 8 septembre et partagée avec nous (qui y allons très peu), les voyageurs restant toujours prioritaires .

In the continuity of our home, an 80 m2 "cottage" on two levels in the countryside. On the ground floor, equipped kitchen, bathroom, wood stove, sitting area. Close to the banks of Rance, 10 km from Dinan and 20 km from St Malo. Shops nearby. A peaceful haven on two hectares and a pond. Wellness massages available.
