Ground floor on garden, quiet of a residence of standing, very beautiful totally renovated T2 open on a large terrace overlooking the sea. Private garage closed in the basement. But, forget the car! The beach is in direct access, restaurants, beachfront bars and the casino are 100 m. away and shops 300 m away. it's a unique place... waterfront... it's not paradise but it looks like it do you like the sea? The apartment has a great view... do you like the beach? Put on your swimsuit and you're there. The 50 m2 apartment (1st floor) is designed for 2 people but can easily accommodate 4 guests. Somewhat atypical with its glass wall over the bedroom and with its sea view while brushing your teeth. recently renovated apartment, very bright, very clean.
