Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

La Bretonne with sea view - Jabula by the Sea

La Bretonne is a cosy 3-star space with living area and a kitchen corner downstairs, and a bedroom (the bed is 160 x 200 cm) with an en-suite shower room and toilet upstairs (please note that the stairs going up are very steep). There is a lovely sea view from the bedroom and even from the shower room. You can also admire the sea from the sofa downstairs, and from your own patio area in the garden, where you can relax after a day of exploring and watch the sun set over the ocean.

This cozy renovated farmhouse cottage has all the comforts. It is very tastefully decorated. There is a garden with garden furniture and a veranda, so you can still stay outside with a little worse weather. Inside is a kitchen/diner with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. A bedroom with a single bed (160 x 200) and a bedroom with 2 single beds that can also be joined together. For a small child/baby there is a cot. There is one bathroom with large walk-in shower.

Penty Pont Aven

Located on the heights of Pont-Aven, within our property, the fully renovated and equipped "penty" can accommodate you to stay for a few days and discover Pont-Aven, and the many hiking trails along the Aven and Belon rivers. The first beaches such as Port Manech, Kerfany, Dourveil... are 15/20 minutes drive away. The cottage has a semi-enclosed terrace that is completely independent and not overlooked. Parking is private, located on the property.

Welcome to Villa de la Baie d 'Audierne! Ideally located for holidays for families or friends, this large farmhouse, renovated in 2021, offers you a magnificent setting in a privileged, quiet and tranquil hamlet facing the sea. An indoor pool will allow you to relax with unobstructed bay views. The walled garden and several terraces will allow you to choose the best view of the ocean.
