Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this spacious and serene space. L'Ecurie at Rest Huella is our small complex of 3 letting gites and the small cottage in which we the owners live. Here if needed, discreet if not. We are located in an enviable spot in the beautiful Aulne river valley. Huge gardens to relax in. Tranquil, but far from remote. Just 2 kms from the 1st lock gates on the Brest to Nantes canal, 4 kms to our picturesque village of Port Launay and 6 kms to the lovely Market Town of Chateaulin.

Logement entièrement refait à neuf. Idéalement situé à 5mn à pied du port d'Audierne, de ses restaurants et commerces. L'appartement de très beau standing se trouve au 3ème avec ascenseur. Le Château, au coeur d'un parc de 3 ha, est classé et bénéficie d'une position idéale pour ceuxqui souhaitent aller à la découverte du Cap Sizun. Perché sur une verte colline, le château surplombe le port d'Audierne et bénéficie d'un calme très appréciable au sein d'un grand parc privé. Aucune nuisance sonore

Gîte avec accès indépendant avec 2 chambres, terrasse et jardin. Le RDC est composé d’une cuisine équipée, d’une table avec 4 chaises, d’un canapé lit et deux terrasses : une grande terrasse avec vue sur la nature et le jardin avec tables, chaises longues, barbecue et une 2éme terrasse avec deux fauteuils de jardin. L’étage est constitué d’une chambre avec deux lits de 90x200, d’une chambre avec un lit de 140x190, d’une salle de bain (douche neuve installée mi-octobre 2025) et d’un WC séparés.

Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km
